Unforgettable Escapes

We booked our destination to Punta Cana through Shawn at Unforgettable Escapes. We were 50 guests. Shawn was not only very responsive to my emails but also to all my guests emails & requests. I had issues with reaching out to the resort, however Shawn was great at pushing them for a response. She gave me weekly updates and would always make sure all my questions were answered. I could not have imagine booking without her!

Words cannot express how AMAZING Vanessa is! I have been working with Vanessa for over a year to help with planning and coordinating travel for all guests for my destination wedding. Going through Covid and other obstacles that take place during wedding planning, Vanessa has been extremely positive, helpful, responsive, just simply the best! Vanessa got 40 + people over to Jamaica without one single problem! She kept us all informed and updated with travel restrictions due to Covid...which kept everyone at ease! While in Jamaica, she stayed in contact with me to ensure everything was going great! I appreciated and loved that she cared so much! Oh yea! She even informed guests and credited us if she found a better rate for our room bookings. The most honest, hardworking, and dedicated person that I know. Vanessa is family now! We were working with Vanessa to plan our honeymoon. At first everything seemed great, she was responsive, reassured us everything would fit in our budget, it seemed like it would be a dream.About 2 months into working together she became virtually unreachable, I had to send multiple emails and voicemails to get a response. Not only that but prices were constantly changing and increasing despite her sending us a quote and itinerary months before. We were going to have to choose between shortening our trip or sacrificing a lot of the things we wanted to do.We ended up pricing it out ourselves for well under budget and did everything on our own. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We were two families of seven on a group trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Right from the start, Vanessa was excellent at getting us an amazing deal in an amazing resort. A plan was laid out and executed flawlessly. We were very happy with her professionalism, attention to details and making sure her customers were satisfied.
