Yuzu Eyewear is an excellent choice for new glasses. I visited the store with my parents and we ended up getting three pairs of new glasses! Sam is an excellent optician and thoroughly explained the available choices and the materials on the frames and lenses, he also adjusted our new glasses to fit perfectly. Carmen was also very friendly and professional in helping us choose our frames. If you want some modern high quality Japanese eyeglasses, this is the place to go!

The best experience I've had! From beginning to end, the customer service is stellar. Sam is exceptionally respectful and kind, and he welcomed me to the shop with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge about the products they offer; from the history to the materials' specifics, as well as other more subtle considerations. The selection in the store is beautiful and well ranged, and Sam helped me find a good pair that complimented my face shape and was within my price range. Not only was the process completely stress free, but I felt they were truly attentive of my needs and concerns (Sam even fixed my old crooked frames while I was browsing!). The pickup was also very quickly and they even made some last adjustments to ensure my new glasses stayed in place and were comfortable. Overall, I ended up with a very unique and sturdy pair, and a trustworthy and affordable optical I'd be more than happy to come back to (and bring my friends with me). When you're looking for a new pair of eyeglasses and go to a store that specializes in them, you want them to be able to recommend the perfect frame. Well this is exactly what the store owners do here at Yuzu did. Right away, they took the time to explain to me what goes into the production of these beautiful Japanese hand crafted frames. They were able to recommend a frame shape that suited my facial structure. I would never have tried on a pair of round shaped frames but when he said to try them on, his assessment was bang on. They looked amazing. The selection this store has are amazing. You will not find these frames at those other places that dole out the usual mass produced eyeglasses. Here you will find exclusive frames, made in Japan. I highly recommend this place, if you're in the market for a new pair of eyeglasses. This place is now my go-to.

Just got this brand new glasses off today at Yuzu Eyewear! I always wanted replace my old glasses after wearing it for 3 years since it started to go old and loose. However, I did not know which eyewear store to pick until i came across Yuzu eyewear in google maps with many amazing reviews. First things first, the customer service is actually top notch. With having an appointment booked, you get the chance to try every glasses that is available in the store just by picking it up, and trying them freely as long as you like! Also, Sam was so knowledgable in the glasses that is being sold it was almost unbelievable. From how is the glasses were crafted, the origins of the brands and how glasses has evolved over time. I have really learned a lot from him and felt genuinely happy on the knowledge i've gained! Kevin also helped adjust the size of my glasses on the glasses i've purchased until i found the perfect fit. Both of them were so kind enough to even go as far to help clean old glasses and fix the loose hinges for free!Overall, out all of the eyewear stores i've been through. I believe Yuzu eyewear provided the most professional customer service experience that i haven't experienced in a while. With also selling high quality exclusive glasses from Japan and from other countries as well. In the end, i am really satisfied with the purchase and service as this is go to place for eyewear now.I would definitely everyone to check out this place for the first time!

Sam and his wife obviously know their stuff and they are more than happy to share their knowledge with you in a friendly informative way, not a condescending way - such lovely people!Sam's main concern is that you get exactly what you want, if he doesn't have the frames you want in store he'll make the effort to get them for you. Honestly, if you're going to invest in a pair of quality Japanese frames go to these folks, their service is equally as amazing!

I highly recommend Yuzu. Sam was prompt in his email response to scheduling an appointment, and extremely polite & sanitary during my visit.He is extremely knowledgeable in the world of frames, and his selection was very impressive.Walked away with a pair that I LOVE - but honestly just super impressed with how professional the appointment was handled.I have had glasses my entire life - and I have always felt as though I bought them out of necessity. All my optometrists offer the same old bland frames and brands.Yuzu finally offered me something different.A TRUE BOUTIQUE.

I'm very happy and impressed with the service I received from Yuzu! I actually found them randomly on Instagram and sent a DM to see if I could purchase a pair of frames by phone/email since I'm out West.They were quick to respond and provided thorough, informative responses to my questions (I had lots). I ended up having a virtual appointment with Kevin to look at the frames and discuss lens options. Even though our appointment was virtual, Kevin made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable, prepared and professional.I just received my glasses in the mail today and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. There's a lot more to consider when buying eyewear virtually but Yuzu's team made it easy and seamless!
