Usually I avoid to post negative reviews and always discuss about positive things but .....When I read maximum reviews here; I took a big satisfactory breath that Finally I am not the only single person who suffered the receptionists and 1 doctor which have totally unprofessional behaviour and disrespect talk. I am not that person who saw medical staff first time. Personally I am Homeopathic doctor too and my 2 siblings are Surgeons so I know very well that What is the meaning of Medical Duties. Seriously I never saw this unprofessional staff before it. I recently shifted here from Qatar and can't forget Qatar. Because in Qatar, the medical experience was amazing. They always call their patients as a GUEST . Receptionists are well behaved there and always do respect. But here I got totally bad behaviour. I wish there is a option of 0 STAR. My issue is my tight schedule otherwise I never go there anymore.

Stupidest thing is that you cannot call on the weekend to either get or cancel an appointment! How hard is it to just get a person who answers phones on the weekend. What if there's an emergency and you have to cancel the appointment on a weekend? Worst experience ever.

Generally I avoid posting negative reviews about places as it may be onetime mistake.But about this place my family doctor moved here and I have to wait at least 30 minutes on call to get an appointment. Doctor is very good but I have not seen such worst staff for booking an appointment, also they do not have online booking tool so you have to call :).As soon as you call staff will say please hold and nothing next 30 minute's most of times u will get dropped and we have to call again second time also same. Even no greetings just plz hold and again you have to wait untill someone respons for next 15 to 20 min. Phew.. same experience I had at least 4 to 5 times.

Avoid this clinic if possible. The doctor who treated my family member was short, condescending and very rude. The concept of patient-centered care is not practiced here. The property is also poorly managed. The only unit in the plaza with an icy entrance and no urgency when informed about the dangers of the situation. Overall a very poor experience start to finish.

This clinic provides Poorest service. They don’t care for their patients. After waiting for 15 mins their phone lines will ask us to call back as their staff is busy. WHO declared covid is over but this clinic management lives in different world. They dont care at all for their patients would never recommend anyone to visit this clinic.
