I bought my first vape here, he gave me 5 bucks off for my first set up and another 5 percent off for an opened box, took it home my gf wanted one so the next day I went to a different store and got her the exact same set up I just bought and it was cheaper ??? Brand new even, the exact same items and with no discounts ?!? I feel like I got ripped off!!

Super nice guy, great service. It was nice to see a new shop open in London, they were only open a couple days (when I went in) but still a pretty decent selection. I only got to talk to the one guy there but was really nice. I liked how he asked what I would like to see in the shop. I'll be returning for sure.

I came looking for a secondary vape . DIG" helped me great customer service very helpful great prices super friendly n knowledgeable. Parking is hard to find and not in the best part of London .That said I will DEFINATELY be my go to store . Wide selections of products

Good Store w/ friendly knowledgeable staff. My only issue is with the lack of inventory. A few times they haven't had atomizer replacements when I went in. I've tried to buy a new unit in there and they didn't have a good selection and I didn't buy anything. Staff is nice and I totally would support these guys when possible.

Best selection and service in London, I've been coming to this shop for years now the staff have always been informative and friendly. No one leaves this place without a proper tutorial on how to use their new device. The selection is awesome too there's well over 300 flavors at this shop so there are plenty of juice profiles for everyone who is looking to quit smoking also they have a plethora of salt nic devices for those who need something with a little more kick and less of a throat hit to deter those cravings.

The man that was working there the day I went waz very nice and helpful also a customer came in overheard what we were talking about and she also helped me the only thing waz there waz not much of a selection they need to get more flavors but overall it was a good experience thank you
