Enigma Escape Room

we did the Jungle room and was lots of fun. We were quite new at this and it was only 2 of us so it took us a while to get the big picture for how it works. They were super helpful and came and helped us every time we needed a hint. Our time expired and still had lots to go so we were disappointed that we wouldn't be finishing it but they came in and advised us we were welcome to stay since there was no other group coming in. Was a nice surprise and we hugely appreciated it.

Have done over 60 rooms. These had basic puzzles. GM came into the room to give hints (eventually!) taking us out of what little mood there was. No one told us when we had completed the room so we went to the front desk. Only two people running several rooms and the only person there was talking to a group people that had just arrived. When I asked what our time was, because the timer in the room was never started, she told me that, since the timer did not show anything we had taken an hour because it stops after an hour or they never started the timer, and we had only been in their establishment for less than 45 minutes, including the time to fill out waivers. There are many other much better escape rooms in the area to do.

Had such a good time! Puzzles were fun and challenging without being too difficult and the room was well made and detailed with cool ambiance, props and decorations. Staff was super helpful and friendly 10/10 would recommend this place for a fun time with friends.

We did all the rooms and they are all very good. The puzzles are great and the decorations are well done. We had no technical issues in any of the rooms - everything clicked and moved perfectly. My favorite rooms were the Mafia and the toy store.

The diversity in options provided a delightful experience. However, I believe it would be beneficial for the management to reconsider their pricing strategy. While the quality of the experience was commendable, the prices seemed slightly steep, making it less accessible for a broader audience. By reevaluating the pricing structure, the venue could potentially attract more customers and create an even more inclusive and enjoyable environment for all.

So much fun! My brother and I did the haunted toy store and it was a blast! The staff were helpful and friendly, and they even let us stay past our time to finish the escape room and really figure it out. Will definitely be coming back!

It was my first time trying an escape room! I went to Enigma Escape Room on a date and did the “Fairy Tale” escape room. The riddles were challenging but fun to figure out. The room itself was small, but decorated like the “magical fairy tale land” that was promised, so I don’t have any complaints as it was just the two of us in the room. Ours was experience was immersive.Also the level of customer service was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave very clear instructions on how to complete the escape room, which made the experience even better. We only needed 1 hint to finish the room.Overall, I had a great time! If you’re looking for a fun and challenging date activity, I definitely recommend checking it out!

It was such a fun and welcoming place, the whole place was very clean and spacious, the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. They even gave us extra time to complete the game, and the puzzles are creative and challenging. Perfect for birthday parties and team building. Our group has such a blast playing the pirate room. The room is nicely decorated. Will definitely come back to try the other rooms.

Great variety of rooms that are challenging but also fun! Very kind and accommodating staff. All the kids loved the experience! Would gladly come back again with friends my age.

We did the Fairytale room, and it was terrible. Some of the puzzles didn’t make sense and when I pointed this out to the staff member, they said they agreed. The room objective was poorly explained and at times explained incorrectly which made the process not make sense. It was definitely one to avoid. Perhaps the other rooms are better, but you’re best to avoid the Fairytale room.
