TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Machine wouldn’t accept business cheques when depositing in the machine!!! Very inconvenient - it said to try later? Why? Machines are there for after hour convenience.... now I have to take a special trip to speak to a teller during work hours to rectify this problem!

I see a lot of bad reviews and I see people complaining about Peter, branch manager. I work with this branch for now 6 years. I'm generally very happy. Rita knows all customers by name. Sometimes we may have some issues with a new cashier. However, I personally found Peter to be helpful in those situations. I have had few one on one discussions with him on some matters. And I always found him to be a good listener and provide good solutions. I'm not sure why some people are giving such bad reviews. This is a regular branch. Some good days, some not so good. But I notice that the branch manager is involved and he tries to fix the issues. I think this is how we all try to manage our businesses. Isn't it?I recommend this branch and I would like Peter to stay here and take care of his clients.

I guess I’m not the only one who has hard time dealing with the Branch Manager Peter Godwin as I see lots of customers has the same issue with him and I’m so surprised to see him still as a branch manager after so many complaints. So it means that TD DO NOT TAKE ANY COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY AND THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN WHAT SO EVER. I have all the conversation that I had with Peter was recorded and he lied to many not once but serval times and I don’t think it’s right for a Management to lie to clients l. So basically We can’t trust anyone in a branch level and I’m so happy that I moved my Mortgage to RBC and don’t have to deal with this kinda of nonsense especially with Peter and Vince the Mortgage mobile advisor. Been with td for last 16 years and so glad I’m not anymore.. Please everyone be aware of this Branch and don’t trust them as they don’t know know how to handle customers concerns… BTW LOVE RBC AS THEY HAVE TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE….

Kelsey Drury is an excellent financial advisor at TD! She was very fast, effective and helpful! Within an hour we completed many financial requests for both my sister and I. Kelsey also went out of her way to assist in ways outside of her obligations as well as provide continued support afterwards!Highly recommend making an appointment with Kelsey, you will be in good hands!

I was there today with my wife and the branch manger made it our last visit to this TD, my wife works at my company and I've been writing cheques for my wife since March this year and they keep putting her cheques on hold I'm not sure when they'll be convinced that these are regular cheques. I even showed him the company account balance and he ignored it and put the cheque on hold while another Italian lady beside us had the same issue and he cleared her cheque? Is the help only for Italians? Or only Italians are trusted? Dose TD work by the rules or by Favoring?

Absolutely the best branch in the city. Peter the manager is always there to help and his staff are very helpful and there customer service is second to none. Thank you for all your help over the years

Islington + rutherford has to be the most unprofessional establishment I have ever delt with. Always a problem at this bank, whether its the machines or waiting half an hour for a teller. It's been closed for 2 weekdays and I cant get Bill's paid and they cant explain why?Walked in Wednesday they said they're closed tech issues come back tomorrow, I come back the next day and they said sorry were closed again but come back tomorrow, what?.It's always something at this bank and they're always dishonest about it. Playing with people's time like i have nothing else to do,lol unreal.Closing my account asap, they do not deserve my business.

The worst experience with this branch manger (Peter Godwin), I've been with TD since 2015 and have been depositing cheques since then, as of March this year I started getting cheques from a new company that I started working for and they keep putting my cheques on hold saying that will eventually end when my cheques are regularly, so 5 months are not enough to show my cheques are regularly??? Also to add the company I work for is my husband's so i even showed him the company's account balance so he doesn't put the cheque on hold but still he put on hold. Another lady beside me had the same issue and he cleared her cheques, I guess since she was Italian like him....
