Very friendly and gives good diagnostic but as expansive as Canadian Tire. Buy your parts online will save you 50-60%. Work time is exagerated just like Canadian Tire. Garages around Pie-IX or Industriel are about half price. The mechanic seems very knowledgeable!

They start of being nice people but they don't fully explain who it works. I went here because my wipers wasn't working. I was given an estimate 469$ including labour. The guy only explained it would take 1h30 for the job. I come in today to get it installed. I arrive at 8h15 and my car is brought in by 8:25. The mechanic finishes the job around 9h05. Upon paying I asked why am I being charged for 1h30 mins if he only took half the time. This is where they change. He explains today that when he does an estimate he uses the manufacturer repair times. So if the job takes less time he still charges the same time the manufacturer says. So I would had to pay in excess of 60$+ for the mechanic to sit down.... In trying to explain and the clerk clearly not understanding my point of view. I said no problem I'll pay the full price, but make sure to write on my bill the time you took the car and the time the mechanic finished the job. At this moment he refused to do so. And corrected my price. I'm not out here being cheap as the clerk was trying to insinuate but I don't understand why as a customer I have to pay extra 45 mins for his mechanic to sit down doing nothing. Be careful when they give you an estimate and ask clear questions. Clearly they're only thinking about their pockets and not the customers. Have a blessed day and be safe out there.

The French dude working in front needs to work on his communication skills. Don’t bother goin there if you want to buy your parts and get it installed.
