Once Upon A Child
Went for the first time to purchase & what a great experience! All the employees were so nice & helpful! Such great prices & great quality items. I know some people complain about selling, but you can’t expect much, when their prices are so low!Will be back for sure :)

I had an unfortunate experience with one of the staff at this location recently. However, the owner reached out to me immediately (same day) to address the issue. Tanimar handled the situation very well, understood where I was coming from and ensured me that this was a teachable moment with the staff. The situation was handled quickly and efficiently and has since been rectified. I greatly appreciate Tanimar’s assistance. This location is a big and bright location, and very organized.

You can find some decently priced clothes here and totally worth it if you are just trying to recycle but some stuff is the same as the sale price brand new and their equipment (i.e bouncers for $90 that retail $120) is not worth it. For the bigger stuff it's worth driving to Milton to get better bang for your buck

Have sold and bought here plenty of times. The staff are nice and they're helpful too. There's a ton of stuff to choose from. They're choosy with their buys, but that can be considered a good thing as this means your options are good quality (for the most part, anyway).I will say, the store is kind of a mess in terms of crowding, but I wouldn't take a * away for that reason.I'll likely be a regular at this store, lol.

Went to sell an item, was asked to fill out some forms and an employee came to validate the product. She asked me to assemble it, validated whether all buttons are working, and asked me a proof of purchase and I did show the proof from the amazon app on my mobile.After taking her own time to do a thorough validation of the product, she said she needs to check with her manager whether to buy it or not. After a while, she updated me that they are overstocked and will not buy it.My question is if you are overstocked, why are you still asking for all proof & asking the seller to assemble everything, and finally giving negative feedback?Buying or not buying is your discretion, but decide it first and then validate/verify the product.Please DO NOT waste any one's time.

The owner and employees at this location are super nice and go out of their way to be helpful and kind. They are very picky, however, about what they buy from you. I'm not exaggerating. If there is even a string on a clothing item, it is not a current style, or is a couple years old (but looks brand new), forget about it. I suppose this will make shopping there once they fully open easy as you won't have to check anything over knowing their very high standards. Overall, the experience here is still quite enjoyable as the people working there are very swee

This location is not open for shopping yet. They are open for customers to enter to sell them their gently used clothing, books, games, toys, baby items etc. All the staff I have encountered on my several trips to the store have been exceptional. They are all kind, patient and friendly. They are eager to assist you so that you are not left waiting for long. The store looks fantastic and will be a pleasure to shop at once they are fully stocked and ready to open. Such a great community feel to know that local families can sell this store their childrens items for cash on the spot, while in turn allowing other local families to shop great items at a lower price point than full price retail!
