My daughter called and ordered the prescription from the pharmacy and they gave her the time to pick up. She went to pick up her medication and the employee in the pharmacy was very rude to her and mean, she said she doesn’t have her medication and she has to wait again in the line. My daughter came home crying.We are not going to the pharmacy anymore. Please talk to people with respect. Specially in pharmacy because people come with several health issues. Be kind to others.

I've always loved the Jean Coutu on StCharles... And here is another reason why.. last Wednesday I broke my big toe and fractured the top of my foot, after a visit to the emergency room in Hawkesbury, I was told to get a walking boot at the pharmacy.. So I went to my favorite JCP. I was served by Joyce and the Pharmacist.. unfortunately they don't carry them and to my surprise, the pharmacist started calling around to the competition (pharmaprix, uniprix etc ) until she found one, which she did... thank you SO much Jean Coutu on St Charles... You guys are the BEST...R

Very courteous and efficient staff. Especially the pharmacist, Lana, she’s just amazing! It was quite busy when I showed up but I had some concerns about a medical issue and asked to consult with the pharmacist. She patiently took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me, was kind and put me at ease. Thank you Lana, I will be sure to return thanks to your excellent service and professionalism, we need more pharmacists like you.

Always makes mistakes, they refuse to fill my prescription until the day I run out of it (instead of a week before as is required by law) and my medication is never ready on time, why make me call ahead if you refuse to prepare it, or constantly lose them. Refuses to speak English they tend to be condescending when I speak in English

Shocked with the service. My baby had a prescription sent by the doctor. Since it was for his low iron and it was needed asap. The doctor mentioned that the pharmacy would call asap it is ready. I waited and waited for the call and when i finally tried to contact the pharmacy. They said oh! We do not have a file on this name. They put me on hold and transferred to different pharmacy assistants who were saying the same thing and finally one asked the name and mentioned that since the last name is certain ethnicity so the french people pass it over to me!! Very strange! I would request the pharmacy and the pharmacist to at least please better train your staff!!

Poor organization of the pharmacy. What to buy an over-the-counter drug forced to open the file. I refused. They refused to sell me the medicine. Lost time, got a lot of unpleasant emotions.

The amount of times I see people complaining here on-line or at the pharmacy itself about stuff they abviously know nothing about is mind boggling.The people at this PJC are nothing but kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient beyond belief!!!All the one-star reviewers are people who think they know more about pharmaceuticals than the actual pharmacist and/or confuse pharmacist" with "psychologist".I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the area."

If I could give 0 stars I would.Many times the prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be. I called once asking for prescription formula (during the national shortage) they assured me they had, and I could pick it up, I arrived and they had given it to another customer. But the REAL straw that broke the camels back is when my son was released from the children's hospital after open heart surgery, he needed a prescription diuretic. I had been through a lot, 3 weeks post partum and healing from a csection... I called in the prescription and they told me that it would be at least 5 to 7 days. My son needed it that day (we were JUST released from the hospital). They told me to call other pharmacies. I was in tears, and was told Madame

The sevices received at that Pharmacy is great. Last time i've been especially. The employee called Nicole services was great. She helped me and listened to my needs. Very good experience for me.
