My 7 year old bought her Nanny an owl charm for Christmas last year. The charm needed to be ordered in and cost $99.00 plus tax. The charm broke into pieces with the first 7 months. It fell off the chain in the shower and then when it was picked up it broke even more. When it was taken back to the store the owner refused to do anything about it. He stated that a cat or a dog must have stepped on it. I explained once again that no it was on the necklace with another charm (that is still on my necklace after 12 years.) I told him I was going to write a review for his store so people knew what they were getting into. He had the nerve to say its your word against mine. Wow! dont shop here. There are many of stores that back there products. No need to waste your money here. This should be given a zero star

Bought a ring 10k gold for 450$, i didnt liked the ring and went back there were few scratches on ring i asked to return the ring and they denied. I asked if i want to sell the ring how much worth it would be and answer from them was very surprising, they told only value of gold approx 20-30$. A ring bought for 450$ turned 30$ in a month.Everyone be aware of them, never ever buy any gold/diamond jewellery from them

I don't have enough good things to say about Yudvir at Glitters Fine Jewelry. But I will start by saying that my experiences from start to finish have been better than any other jewelry store I have ever walked into.Yudvir was professional, knowledgeable, kind and from the moment my feet hit his floors, he was attentive and patient.For the service alone, he should be charging more money...but thankfully, he does not. His prices are incredibly reasonable and fair and the quality does not disappoint.I dropped my engagement ring and wedding band off on Sunday afternoon to be sized and cleaned and was told Thursday evening I would have it back.Thursday morning, he called to tell me it was ready. My engagement ring was purchased elsewhere but since it needed to be sized, it was also cleaned.I almost thought he was giving me back the wrong ring because of how clean and sparkly it was.I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him for all of your jewelry needs and will likely not be going anywhere else for rings and things as long as he remains in business.

Sounds the like exchange policy is VERY limited and absolutely no return policy. Brought in the watch that was still brand new, not even 24 hours from when it was purchased.

I took my ring to replace a missing stone when I got it back it was smaller then when I sent it in. Buddy had the nerve to tell me he didn't size it but the engraving is gone and it doesn't fit even the finger beside the one I used to wear it on. Not impressed should I paid the extra and had people jewelry replace the stone
