Friendly, fast service. Was greeted by an associate, like usual, asking me if I needed any help. I did not, but appreciate the gesture every time I visit. Stock was plentiful, even this close to Christmas.

The staff at this store are friendly enough, it’s the company I mainly have an issue with.They have no problem selling you a completely broken game that doesn’t work, and then have the audacity to say “you aren’t a member of our rewards program, so you can’t return it”Best they offered me was $33 store credit, which is not even half of the price of what I payed for the broken game, very disappointing.

I dont usually have bad experience here but the last two times have been an unpleasant visit, the last two times from two different employees they where rude and not very understamding..
