Worst customer service, worst Sephora location!! Will avoid this location, I have been Sephora Rouge customer for many years and I purchased tons of products. Recently, I had issue with the product quality first time I try to use and I came to this location to exchange it, but they refused to exchange it even I explained I always believe their exchange policy and never easily return product without reasonable reason. I just asked for exchange with the product I can use but they still refused it’s over 60 days I know it’s over 60 days but how can I know the quality issue without using the product, and also their attitude is very rude!!! Now this product needs to go to garbage bin due to quality issue that I will not able to use it. Plus, I forgot to mentioned they were very racist as well!

I was in Sephora in Mapleview mall in Burlington Ontario. A young woman named Trisha helped me. TRISHA is amazing knows her products. Is able to recommend a substitute if something I was looking for is out of stock. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. And she was able to know a lipgloss I couldn’t remember the name of.. AMAZING!!!!! Thank you Trisha .

Great products for skincare, haircare and makeup. Employees are generally very helpful and friendly. The inventory levels were low on some items I was looking to pickup, however I was advised that they are available online.

I received excellent customer service from Holly! I came in to get Anastasia lipstick but I did not see it on the shelf. Holly checked the drawers, no lipstick found. She double checked on her device which was showing the store should have some in stock. Holly went to check their stock room and found me the lipstick! Thanks Holly! :)

Busy place. I only went for an Uber eats pickup. I don't wear makeup but it looks like they've cornered the market. Females from 8 to 80, all packed in buying a different look than natural.Too much perfume smells for me.

The lady at the front cash around 1:00pm wasn’t very friendly. I had a question about a broken product and made me feel stupid because i bought the herbivore jade roller and it broke, it’s bern a while but you can see I purchase in my account, and she said only 60 days or something that okay. She just made me feel not comfortable about making another purchase with her!

Ally at the Benefit brow bar is AMAZING! She has been slaying my brows for years. Won’t go anywhere else or to anyone else to get my brows done. When I first came to her, my eyebrows were butchered by another salon. She brought them back to life. She is truly a brow magician.

As most people know, Sephora can be very overwhelming especially when it comes to shopping during their annual sales. That being said, I would like to take the time to thank Anthony for such an enjoyable shopping experience! Not only did he offer his personal faves, but he helped me in finding specific product… no matter how many questions I asked.
