Had them measure my windows. When they arrived they we all an inch to small all the way around. Now I need to re trim my entire 150 year old house. Amazing. Thought I had bad fitting windows before.

Upon arrival the installation crew were fast, efficient and courteous, ensuring that they were tidy and thorough when completing their work. Ours was a custom order which turned out to be beautiful, but it was an enormous glass sliding door, which they handled well. We would definitely recommend the company.

The most common words used to describe Van Dolder's was...Terrible!...Will never use them again"!We had eavestroughs with gutter guards installed in May 2021. It then took from May 2021 to March 2022 before someone came to our residence to give us a quote to install additional eavestroughs with gutter guards and to install a splash guard to the original installation because rainwater was flowing over the eavestrough.In April 2022 eavestroughs

Everything about this process has been great. The salesperson was not pushy, but informative. He responded to us quickly and accurately - and provided us cost-effective options. The installers were prompt and highly professional. They left our house and yard at the end of each day in a well-cleaned condition. We are very pleased with the product, service and end result!

we purchased a product that they had not used before but installation went well and looked good , installer was nice to deal with. After several rains some leaks showed up, Numerous polite emails over several months and pictures showing the leaks after a rain and then we tried several polite phone calls with customer service indicating we would get a prompt reply. To date 6 months later no replies. All that's probably needed is some caulking of seams. Obviously the ten year warranty means nothing and no follow up customer service. Extremely disappointed as we figured they were the best. We will not be recommending them and will be letting friends and neighbours know our experience. We will probably be hiring another contractor to 'finish the work and seal the leaks at an added expense."

Although it took a couple minutes to find a salesperson, when we found him he was very helpful and honest about their availability being weeks to months for the parts I needed, but that some hardware stores might have what we needed in stock.

I would never ever use this company again. I had a bunch of windows installed with the energy rebate program. They lied ( I have the proof) about the windows they installed. The program required the new windows be installed right to the studs. This did not happen. All they did was installed the new windows in the old frames. Therefore I lost about 3 inch’s on each side and 2 inch’s top and bottom. I am sure if they did it to my home I am sure they did other as well.Very very disappointing. I informed the rebate program and they said they would investigate. Shameful behavior.

Van Dolder’s installed new siding and all new windows on our cottage. They were exceptional from start to finish!The crew and project management team conversed with us each step of the way to ensure we were aware of the installation schedule. They arrived on time, they were very courteous, highly experienced, organized, they kept the job site neat and tidy and their work was meticulous !The pricing was very competitive. The windows and siding are made with excellent materials. We are very happy with the products and installation.This renovation was smooth sailing and we are extremely pleased with the final results ! Our cottage looks fantastic !If you are shopping around, look no further. You won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend Van Dolder’s.

WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH.QUALITY - 0CUSTOMER SERVICE - 0COMMUNICATION - 0PROFESSIONALISM - 0I purchased Vinyl-bilt windows for my entire house from VAN DOLDERS and I regret every moment of the experience.As soon as Van dolders got our deposit, all communication essentially stopped. I wanted to know when they were coming to install so I could clear up any areas that needed cleared ahead of time. My sales rep refused to answer any calls or emails. Even after I talked to management he still ignored me and kept his job somehow. After being ignored for weeks, my in-laws tried calling under their phone number and guess what?! He answered the phone! It was a miracle!Anyways, one nice early fall day a crew showed up out of nowhere to do the install! They showed up completely unannounced to do a week-long job! I've been asking and asking and asking for an install date then they just show up! Install ended up taking longer because spaces still needed cleared for them to work. I'm a double amputee so it takes me a while to move things around, hence me wanting to know when they were coming. What would have happened if I was on vacation?Well, at least I have great new windows, right? Wrong! The majority of the windows ended up leaking. I used my laser thermometer and was getting readings of 6°c in the corners. When I light a lighter in the corner, the wind blowing through actually blew the lighter out. Many windows are not square, sagging in the middle or outright leaking cold air into the house. Vinyl built windows are garbage. Now I'm blowing my expensive propane heat out of the brand new windows. Vinyl built came out several times and did pretty much nothing. They said they were coming back to fix them but here we are approaching March and no communication again. I wish I never heard of van dolders or vinyl built windows.STAY AWAY FROM VAN DOLDERS and VINYL BUILT WINDOWS. Seriously do not shop here.You've been warned.UPDATE!Despite Kris Van Dolders messaging my review/ he/she still won't answer my email after I messaged them after this response on Google review. Why not? I don't know why I'm surprised but here we are.Avoid Van Dolders at all costs!

We have had two wonderful men put new siding on our home. Jeff and Mike were absolutely the nicest people we have ever had work for us. They even worked in the rain to complete our house! Thank you to Van Dolder's for sending two of their best to work for us. Priscilla and Gord Lister
