45 days. I have been waiting for my order. 45 days...unsatisfactory is not even the word. I have called multiple times and all I get is that the order is in process. I can see that by logging on to the website. I called again today, and the representative said it's being shipped today. I can guarantee I will never order from this company again....If anyone else has noticed, the same 5 star review has been copied and pasted from different fake" accounts.Makes me question the authenticity and business practices of this company."

This is an honest company. If you keep in mind that they may take a while you will be fine. They made up for a mistake of mine even though I was clearly at fault, and they came up with answers and rushed things to make up for a mistake on their end. They could have tried milking me for more because of both instances, but kept it fair.

So received my order yesturday. After placing it on feb 23rd. And i open the box to see all of my silver not in the tube. And smashed covered in packing peanuts. So on top of it taking over 20+days its all marked up. Called left msg with no call back. I have delt with two other suppliers and this is a first.

Web site states 5-20 days shipping. I'm here waiting over 6 weeks and still nothing. The competition (silver gold bull) is faster.... Much faster. Ordered from them and my precious metals were in my hand 7 days from order.

'where do I even begin? Working with them was a dream! The customer service was impeccable, and my gold arrived so much earlier then excpected! I have been reaserching different places to buy from and this one has the best prices by far!

I began hearing about how dealers all over north america were being swamped and behind in orders. It took Canadian Bullion a full month to deliver my coins, but with what is going on in the market a month was actually fast. So grateful. looking forward to buying more in the future.
