RS DRYWALL

I hired RS Drywall to repair a plaster ceiling as well as drywall a closet. After agreeing on a start date several times, Ryan failed to show up for several weeks. Once he finally came, he put up a layer of basecoat plaster on the ceiling and installed drywall in the closet, asking for a material deposit at that time. After that first visit, he failed to show up again for several weeks. After repeated attempts to contact Ryan to pick up his materials and return my deposit if he was unable to complete the job, I still have not received my deposit for the materials despite having another plasterer confirm that the material he used in my home was expired and needed to be removed before proceeding with the initial repair. Additionally, the drywall in the closet was not properly spaced with gaps up to 1/2 inch in the corners and crooked panels - all of which also needed to be removed prior to proceeding with the initial job with another contractor. Unfortunately, this has been my worst experience with a contractor in the Kingston area.
