I don’t know where to start. If you have dents and are super fussy with your vehicle don’t waste your time with the Calgary companies drive to Cochrane even if you don’t live near by, believe me you will thank me later.Ryan and his coworkers make you feel comfortable from the second you walk in the door.I have found few people that treat people they way they do especially in the car repair industry.Now on to the the level of work.I have a brand new Tacoma first new vehicle for me it was my baby from day one.I made the mistake of parking my motorcycle too close to it and while backing out of my garage I tagged the handle bar not once but 3 times !Leaving multiple deep dents in my door and front fender..I have a friend that works for a dealer repair facility and I asked him, since there was no paint damage did he think I could have it removed with paint less dents repair ?His short answer “no way when the dents are sharp and deep you stretched the metal too much”Not really wanting a new truck with a bunch of body filler in it and paint that never really matches long term.I decided to take a chance and try and see if paintless repair was an option anyway.I made the mistake of trying the shops around Calgary.The first guy I took it too looked at it for 20 seconds gave me a flat No and wished me good luck.The second shop was a little better but did not give me confidence with his ability told me the best he could do was maybe 80 percent the paint will crack in the center and you will be able to see it for the life of the door.His words “take it to a body shop and have it repaired”But if I Still wanted him to try he would need it for a day and provided a quote.I am not sure why someone would pay that kind of money for Maybe an 80 percent repair? I may as well just leave it.Feeling a little dejected and accepting that I will need to have it painted.I was speaking with another friend who asked if I tried Hailcraft in Cochrane?He had seen someone else that had a repair done by them and he could not believe the end results.Thinking I had nothing to loose I contacted Ryan.and he told me to bring it by right away and he would have a look at it.Ryan provided a honest assessment with no false expectations and gave me confidence In the shops abilities based on his assessment.In the end I decided to give my truck to Ryan and his team and wellI will let the pictures speak for themselves.Like I said before if you need a repair don’t waste your time with other shops.

Work quality and customer service was absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately got caught in a pretty decent hailstorm after 3 weeks of owning this truck. Hailcraft was super helpful and ensured me my truck would look brand new. They exceeded my expectations for sure and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. On top of that they had amazing customer service and completed the work on time. Plus they detailed the truck for delivery. 110% would recommend. Also super easy to work with, with the insurance company.

What a fantastic place! Recently got a dent in the back of my car and it seemed hopeless to find a business with reasonable prices, but found out about hailcraft and they were phenomenal. Ryan said he'd try his best to do what he could and it looked brand new after. Extremely professional workplace and it was refreshing to deal with honest people. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I am very happy with the work they did on my car. They were professional and very accommodating. Ben is a wizard at his craft and does not make promises he cannot keep. They saw that I was worried about the price and helped to accommodate me. I took our BMW to these guys after I put a sharp dent into the front fender.These guys accomodated me at very short notice, even though their shop was busy.Not only did they fit me in to their busy schedule, they did an outstanding job on removing my dent.Five stars is well and justly deserved!!!

Had an amazing experience with Hailcraft! I stopped in unannounced asking for an estimate to fix a dent in my motorcycle's tank. Barry not only estimated but also fixed the dent as if it had never been there all...and the price was great too !Very happy customer here!

Ben was super pleasant to deal with and very helpful in fixing the dents in my car. These were dents I didn't expect would come out, however he did an excellent job at removing them. I would recommend HailCraft to anyone needing paintless dents repaired.

I can’t thank Hailcraft enough for the amazing service fixing the door ding on my truck. The dent is gone and the door looks perfect. It is so amazing to find a business that does such great work, clean professional shop and great people. I hope my truck stays dent free, but if it happens again I will for sure be back.
