Dealing with this Craftsman location was nothing but amazing. My car is older and the damage was minimal but from the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but respect and empathy. They took my claim very seriously and didn’t even care if it was a small claim nor was it mentioned. I dealt with Sam through this process and he is so professional and helpful. The whole process was fast with excellent communication during all stages and very punctual with all appointments plus simple.
