Dillabaugh's Carpet One

Our experience with Dillabaugh's Flooring America in Nampa has been outstanding. My wife and I interviewed and visited several floor installers in the area and none are as impressive, thorough and professional as Dillabaugh's. We visited the store and met Robert Evans the Sales Manger. We gave him an idea of the material we liked and the work we needed done. Robert came to our home the next day and gave us ideas showing us samples of the vinyl flooring we wanted. He impressed us with his knowledge and patience. He took his time listening and explaining every detail of the way the work would be done. He then measured our floor and worked with us to give us the best estimate possible to stay within our budget. We agreed to let them do the work. The materials were ordered and there was a short delay due to transportation problems but they arrived at the specified time. The contract installer named Alex Bondarev arrived on schedule. The work was extensive and required carpet cutting and stretching, removing linoleum, moving the fridge and stove and preparing the floor. Alex worked straight through his lunch break and stopped only to have lunch with us and continued until late. The vinyl flooring looked amazing. Alex showed up early the next day and brought George Rulgaby to do the trim work .Another contractor named Edgar Romero did the carpet. These are hard working and knowledgeable young men that do great work. Throughout the project We kept in touch with Rorie and Taci two professional very friendly and customer oriented Project Coordinators. They go above and beyond to make sure the contractors are efficient and the customers are satisfied even after the project is complete. We also want to thank Ahmet a technician at Dillabaugh's who came by twice to do some finishing touches. My wife and I are satisfied with Dillabaugh's and recommend them to anyone looking for quality materials and outstanding floor installation at a reasonable cost

We had been to another flooring store before covid hit in 2020. and decided to put off the purchase for a while. The service was not what we had hoped for and were not given the information we felt comfortable with. We went to Dillabough's last week and Rob worked with us. We had a measurement done this week and he had the bid done the next day. He worked very hard to find the engineered flooring and color we wanted and got us the price we needed. He followed through with everything he said he would do. In a few weeks we should have the install done! We would highly recommend Rob Evans and Dillabaugh's.

We recently reached out to Dillabaugh's for help deciding when and whether to replace the carpet and refinish the wood floors in a rental. Rob Evans came out to us that very night - after a long day. We were not the easiest customers since we wanted to understand a few options, price them out and consider all the pros and cons. Rob was kind, patient and detail-oriented with phenomenal follow up. Derek is absolutely amazing!! It was easy to get in contact with him and he even reached out a day prior to confirm our appointment. He was very informative on the type of flooring we wanted to do and on how the installation works! My husband and I just moved from out of state and because we had so much going on with the movers at the house, Derek drove back out to the house later the same day so we could sign the contract and get the ball rolling. So far with my experience, I would recommend using this company and Derek. I have high hopes that this continued exceptional customer service will continue throughout the installation process as well.

From Robert Evans coming out and giving me a No Hassle Estimate and bringing samples of flooring to meet my needs to the Contractor Nick and his team installing the Floor I couldn’t recommend them any higher. These guys were professional and expedient with the service. The installers confirmed direction of flooring and removal of all flooring. They consulted any little issue that arose and left the work area completely clean every day and throughout the install as they went. Larry even stopped by a few times to make sure that the Install was going well and that I was happy. Costumer Service was top notch

Dillabaugh's was great! We had gone and looked at floor options at Home Depot and then we stopped Dillabaugh's and they had a much better selection. Rob Evans was a fantastic help! He went over the benefits of the different types of floors and the cost. He worked with us and our color scheme and then let us check out large samples so we could really see the floor in the space. Very happy we went with Rob at Dillabaugh's and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else for the next flooring project. Thanks again Rob and the rest of the crew for all your help!

We absolutely loved our experience with Dillabaugh's! With an unexpected, quick timeline, our designer (Rosalyn) flexibly worked with our schedules to make it all happen. The communication, product choices, pricing, and scheduling were all top notch. On top of it all, we continue to be impressed by Dillabaugh's commitment to continuously pour so much back into this community.

Robert was not a typical pushy salesman worked fantastically with my budget and didn't try to oversell me or offer me anything I didn't need I will definitely be coming back because he was so patient and very knowledgeable

I am a professional builder. I had been using a different carpet supplier for a few years but decided to check out Dillabaughs because our other supplier did not have many in stock options and I need a job done quickly. Dillabaughs had a great selection of in stock options. Rob did an excellent job communicating and went above and beyond to get our job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.
