I came into the branch to apply for my son's bank or book an appointment. Not to my knowledge, the teller tells me she needs 2 piece of ID because a health card is not good enough and said I have to go into Service Ontario for a Government ID for him. It has taken 2 trips to Service ontario for them to tell me my son has to be 16 cause he's not qualified. Please educate your tellers/staff so they can provide customers with the correct information.

Made an appointment on bmo online and was confirmed. When we got there the system didn't show our appointment and only 1 guy to work there to open a simple chequing account. They wasted 30 minutes of my time and get up and left. I have dealt with many banks but I never had experience like this. Most banks have back up people working so they can keep their reputation. I guess this branch just don't care. Do not waste your time.

Although staff are helpful and do their best, this branch is heavily understaffed, and out of the 5 counters, only 2 or 3 are available for service to the public. Wait time is around 25-30min average.Even though I see other staff walking around, I would wonder if they could open another counter to get the traffic going smoothly.Sometimes, I see 2 staff members working with one individual, which might be needed in some circumstances, but then they would walk off without noticing the line-up.

Very funny place.Came in twice to see if they are available to open a chequing account for me. Both times they told me they had no one available and both of the times there were on two tellers working the front.Is this a joke? When someone WANTS to open a banking account with you and your company you should greet them immediately through the front door and open the damn account. This is common sense, you are basically throwing business OUT OF THE DOOR.Doesn't matter for me, TD and CIBC right around the corner.

This location has parking downstairs. Can walk up the sidewalk to the bank entrance. Service is quick, tends not to be too busy and opens on Saturday also.

This branch has been my home bank for 3 years but today on 10/04/2019 i am thinking to leave the branch due to worse and miserable attendant who served me today will not forget it, poor customer service and poor attitude the lady has worked in branch for long but she does not have customer care at heart.

This is sadly the bmo I open my account in and got my mortgage as well. These guys have never picked up there phone or returned my call ever called back in the last 6 years. That was the reason I moved my mortgage from them even. The manager is so much on cloud 7 that I have never see her saying hi to any one ever.Ps - they need some one to p up the phone

I have had an ongoing issue on my account since October 2022. The branch manager wrongly profiled me an accused me of such that I am not responsible for. Very unprofessional and not for the customers !The situation still has not been dealt with properly and I still have not gained closure. I don’t recommend this branch for your home branch if you’re looking. The reviews should speak for itself.
