Great Holy place of worship for Orthodox Christian community in the South of Calgary. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, with liturgies served in Old Church Slavonic and English languages. Great spiritual leader Father Spiridon. This church convenes services obligated to original Orthodox traditions and requirements. Services occur on weekends and during days of the week as is the tradition.Some icons, particularly the very holy ones, are embedded with a medallion which is referred to as “Relic of the Saint”.
