Beautiful beach. Great little town. The municipality has closed the public washrooms leaving only 1 porta potty, which is in much need of attention. It was overflowing, no toilet paper or sanitizer. Signs point to tap, which is not working.

Super friendly staff excited to showcase the region! Bathrooms, wifi, viewing tower, changing rooms, access to the beach, and though we didn't use them on our visit, I imagine the beachside showers are quite handy. Stellar beach, too; I get why they put it on the 50 back in the day.

There are many private unknown beaches in Nova Scotia and this is one of them. Very quiet, refreshing and a perfect place to be on a hot day. (¯`·._.·Nscave·._.·´¯)®️

One of the best beaches along the South Shore of NS. Over 1 mile of white sand. Sea birds and a small hill to overlook the ocean. Come sea what over little town has to offer.

Lovely, informative people work here! The gift shop has many locally-made crafts and products. The view from the top floor is stunning!
