I rarely leave reviews, however, after my experience with Adonay Baliho at Tip Top in St. Vital Centre, I felt compelled to sing the praises of this great person. Adonay provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. He was kind, supportive, honest, and patient. He shared his opinion honestly and guided me towards some stylish choices. There was no judgement, no pushy attitude, and he took the time to show me different options, even with the store being busy and listened to my concerns and ideas. Not only did I feel good about my purchase, I felt good about myself. A big thank you to Adonay at St. Vital Centre's Tip Top. He made the experience easy and enjoyable - if you're looking for a suit, he's the guy to talk to!

Once i arrive i found out my point of sale had hit an issue and wouldnt be able to get me my suit in time. One of the best experiences I have had shopping for a suit. Evan was amazing and had me fitted and feeling comfortable in my new clothes. There was also no pressure in my purchase which made me even more comfortable. If you are looking for a new suit Evan is your guy!

I recently visited this store to help my grandfather get a suit for a wedding we'd both be attending. It is not always easy to find sizing that fits him, but with the help of an amazing staff member named Adonay Baliho we were able to find a suit that my grandpa was ecstatic about. This excellent customer service and patience earned my grandfather's service and as someone who regularly wears business attire, I will be visiting this store for future purchases.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alfredo today and not only was it an awesome experience but I later found out he was the actual manager. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, and I highly recommend visiting this location. I'm sure all the staff are equally as gifted as the manager but he really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.Honestly can't say enough great things about this exceptional experience. I recently purchased a suit t-shirts a tie and a belt from this location. One of my shirts did not fit so I decided to take it to the Kildonan Place location where I was told I could not return it because it did not have the correct tags on. I returned to the same for tell location where a young woman helped me and there is absolutely no problem in me returning the shirt with no tags on it. The service and the quality of the products at this location and the staff and customer service at this location are fantastic

Was bought stuff that didn't fit and tags had come off. Tried to return but wouldn't take it even though was bought last week and had receipt. While annoying, the Manager then insinuated that I was trying to return worn/damaged goods even though it was never worn and within a few days of trying to return. Must not be very good clothes if they think their brand looks damaged when never worn. Go to Moore's you'll get better clothes anyways

Went to tiptop tailors and I was helped by Alfredo. I needed to shop for a wedding and I had no idea how to dress. I came in and Alfredo picked everything out and made me look great and i had an awesome experience. It was quick and easy and he was extremely helpful! I will always go here from now on! Incredibly impressed by AJ's service.I came August 10th to redo my man's wardrobe after his weight loss and to celebrate a new job, and with just one look AJ was able to size him up for a great fit! Not a lot of people do that! He is a pro! I ended up spoiling my husband that day with a wardrobe that would be good for a month - he spoils me so it's fair.AJ is very knowledgeable and he knows how to make his clients look great and feel excellent! I would have given him a review sooner but got sidetracked with lifestuff. We're going to shop for more in season stuff soon, and he's out go-to guy! We've had some okay experiences at other locations, but NOTHING LIKE THIS! Service like that makes me wanna go when he's working for that consistent shopping experience.
