My wife and I visited Appliance Canada on Castlefield to purchase a washer & dryer. We were immediately greeted at the door by Lee. She was extremely pleasant, welcoming, attentive and, above all helpful. She assessed our needs and had Larry Galea, the manger, take over to review the various pros and cons of each option. He was easy to deal with, and, although he had a pending meeting, was patient with us, taking the time with us to ensure our needs were satisfied.We are extremely happy with our decision to go to Appliance Canada. The value of a business is determined by its staff and my wife and I highly recommend this store!!!

We dealt with Fawad Mohammad, who was most helpful in assisting us in choosing appliances for our new kitchen that would do just what we wanted them to do. He did not try to sell us appliances that had more bells and whistles" than we wanted

My husband and I visited the store to seek information about kitchen appliances and we were greeted by Leonard. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions! Leonard is professional, personable and easy to talk to. We were very impressed by the array of products available and how Leonard could impart knowledge about all brands. I would highly recommend asking for Leonard; you will learn and his follow up has been wonderful - we received the information requested and he helped us decide which wall oven was going to work for us! So happy we visited the store and we will be repeat customers.

Larry helped me purchase with a purchase. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I got a good price, honest answers on delivery times and felt great about the purchase. Highly recommend Appliance Canada based on this experience.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to order all your appliances- I was greeted very warmly as soon as I entered the store from Lee. Larry was right on time for my appt and helped me pick my appliances. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best place to get all your appliance needs. Thank you.

My experience in purchasing Miele kitchen appliances has been fantastic so far. Shawn Rogo has guided us expertly through making all the choices. He has clearly been working to figure out what matters to us and matching options to our needs. He gives very practical advice and has deep knowledge of the various products. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

They delivered my Fisher and Paykel Fridge back in July 2022, and when they delivered it to my home, they absolutely destroyed my door and door frame. I have $1000+ worth in damages. The delivery drivers admitted it to me saying the door was tight (so their solution was to just bash my door and door frame), but then started changing their story to management, even lying about the time they came and taking photos before (I sent them security camera footage showing otherwise). I kept getting calls from Tausif who is a supervisor for the delivery company, to send them my security camera footage. I sent them the video camera footage, proving my story, on July 15, 2022 to Tausif and Asad Khan (Toronto store manager), and I have not heard back since. It is now September. I sent 8 emails and called 3 times between then and now, and not once have they responded to me because obviously my video proved my story, and now they are trying to avoid paying. I am now dealing with the Ottawa store in person, and probably going to file a small claims court claim for the damages.My advice: never buy from this store. Ever. They were incompetent from day 1. Horrible management.

Working with Charles Myers at Appliance Canada was a great experience. He is conscientious, thorough, knowledgeable, and all around helpful when we needed to navigate a range of products for our kitchen renovation. He provided great advice on appliance models, functionality and value for money. He helped us quickly resolve an issue related to a component that we needed for our fridge/freezer and worked to make sure that we had all of our appliances available for delivery in time for the installation of our kitchen. I absolutely recommend working with him. He's been absolutely wonderful.

Our washing machine and dryer broke down and the service man indicated that they were unable to be fixed. Help! I asked a friend where to go and she directed me to Apliance Canada on Castlefield Ave. Larry Galea came to our aid as we were looking after our two grandchildren aged 7 and 5 while our daughter was in hospital. He searched for reputable appliances that were readily available (no small feat) in the current appliance market. The delivery arrived as scheduled and the two attendants removed the old machines from the second floor and transported the new ones back up a steep flight of stairs without any complaint. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the outstanding employees of the Appliance Canada Castlefield Store for their understanding of my predicament and responding quickly and efficiently to my request for assistance in replacing our broken machines.

This company is an absolutely joke. You order from them a year in advance, pay them a big lump sum deposit, and when it comes time to deliver nothing to show up.You call them no one picks, no sales agent, no delivery personnel. The only person you reach is their customer service, who has no clue and bounces you back to the above folks. This company is run by clowns. They must operate on scamming people of their money.Edit: 2022-10-26, I messaged everything single email address I had available including the concierge email. You would think puting in a 1/3 of your total order's deposit would hold your appliance's availability. I have been GREATLY MISTAKEN! I made an order on March 17th, 2021. You guys had 1 year and 7+ months to get my appliance in order, and its all yet to be seen. Talk about running away with the money.Edit: 2022-10-27, Got messaged from the Appliance Canada team. Looks like the Stove, Fridge, and Dryer are to be planned for shipped along with the rest of my order. Keep it posted if I actually get everything upon delivery.
