I have purchased the slippers a few times, for both myself and as gifts for family members. The website is so easy to use and they arrive in record time. I find these slippers to be just beautiful and fit like a glove. They are so warm and comfortable. They are the only slippers I will ever wear.

Ordered a pair of moccasins for around the house. They arrived quickly in very nice packaging. However the white cloth lining that the fur is attached to was showing at the front of one moccasin. I thought that the fur may have been matted from shipping. 10 days later the fur had laid down and I could see that the lining was still showing and it was due to the fact that the fur was trimmed very badly. I wasn't looking for a refund but I did send them an email and pics so they could address the problem internally. They responded back and have offered to replace the shoes. Two thumbs up!

I can't comment on the quality of the boots because unfortunately I never got to wear them. My boyfriend had ordered me a size 9 revival grain boot but when we got it the left boot was a size 7 and the right boot was a size 9. We sent them back and the next week when he saw them in stock he ordered me another size 9. They sent me the exact same mismatch boots again after I explained the first time what the issue was. Had to return again. Such a pain and so disappointed!Update: my partner Ordered another pair this year they finally got the order right. The boots are beautiful. I will update the quality after this winter.

Terrible quality!! My family and I have been buying and supporting Manitoba Mukluks for many years and I received a new pair for Christmas. Within a month only wearing them inside almost all the fur has come out and has completely shedded. Although they are well under the year warranty that comes with them Manitoba Mukluk said they can’t do anything because of the natural fur and that it’s normal ! I’ve had my other pair for almost 10 years with no shedding! Buyer beware that the quality has gone down and you will be spending $150 on something that doesn’t even last a month! I’m really disappointed in this company! Terrible customer service and product quality! My family and I will be supporting other local companies from now on.

Terrible Quality - Do not purchase this off-shore productMy husband purchased a pair of moccasins for me for my birthday. I only wore them inside. Within 6 months the stitching was coming out, there were holes in the suede and the lining was coming off. The other issue that I have is that the company presents itself as Canadian. While it is Canadian owned, the moccasins I received were made in Vietnam. I had thought that I was supporting Canadian artists and getting a quality Canadian product, which was not the case. I contacted the company (I will admit a bit late) and explained the situation - their only comment was that I had exceeded the warranty period. I am extremely disappointed in the company and the product they provided. At this point I will not deal with them in the future. I prefer to support Canadian artists.

Quality is great and they look great BUT...although I measured exactly as instructed, they are far too tight. I should have returned them. Thing is, moccasins stretch, and the sizing guide reminds us to wear them for a while. But the returns policy says once you've worn them for a while, you can't return them! Sigh.

Terrible quality! BUYER BEWARE.My husband purchased a pair of the Métis Mukluks (403.00 after taxes) last Xmas. I wore them maybe 5 times. when I first received them you could tell the quality was decent. I recently put in a warranty claim before the 1 year warranty was up, I made the claim due to fur falling out in chunks. I shipped them back and took pictures before hand to record of how mint condition my boots were aside from the fur falling due to manufacture. The head office responded advising they could not fix due to covid but that they would be sending me a new pair. I was surprised and thought wow that is excellent customer service that is until I received my mukluks yesterday. I took them out of the box and immediately felt the difference in quality. Cheap, flimsy and honestly thought they were made from scraps. You could see the fur coming out of the boots and the fur is separated down the middle of both mukluks and you could see all the stitching underneath which looked like it was glued and one boot looks completely off in the back, the fur is shorter at the bottom then the other and you can also see where they must of missed the stitching. I was so taken back that they could send me these specially the fact that these are suppose to be 400.00 mukluks. When they looks and feel like 50.00 mukluks. I emailed the company with shock advising these are not mukluks and would be embarrassed to wear them and these knocks off is an insult to my culture. I requested they send me a return label and I wanted a refund. They still have not responded, you think they would even try to resolve. I bet these were made in Vietnam considering the quality of these mukluks. I don’t care if they built the building from ground up in Vietnam this is suppose to be indigenous owned not out sourced for cheaper cost and product. These boots are absolutely an embarrassment to say the least from a company who prides themselves on being indigenous owned. If I could post pictures it would be a jaw dropper. Be aware as the company has no interest in taking care of their local supporters or pride for their name as I am still waiting on someone to contact me. Very disappointing

I have several pair of Manitobah Moccasins and Mukluks! They are very well made and warm as can be for our Alberta winter! I have been wearing them for many years without any concerns! I receive compliments, yes, every time I wear them! This Company is a wonderful concept which not only provides jobs for Canadians but others as well!
