I broke a spoke on my rear wheel of my Giant bike and took the wheel in for repair. Excellent friendly staff helped me and they confirmed that they had the spoke in stock. I had anticipated it would be up to two weeks but to my surprise it was ready in under 4 days. Great service and at a reasonable price. If you need service or looking for a bike, check these guys out.

Really bad service. I have never purchased a bike here but my employer has and I have dealt with their service department on multiple occasions. Results on service/repair have been mediocre/okay but the service manager seems to have a pretty arrogant and not very client-friendly demeanor.

Great service, very quick, and good price. When 4 bike shops in Ottawa didn't have my bottom bracket cartridge bearings in stock, and none of them could schedule my repair within 2-4 weeks, Vélozophie had plenty of the part in stock, and finished my repair by the next day. Good help over the phone before bringing the bike in. Bilingual staff were helpful in English. Highly recommend.

By far the best selection of bikes in stock in the region. Staff were super-friendly, helpful, and offered useful advice while I test rode a few different mountain bikes before buying one. The bike I bought was set up perfectly. Extremely happy with the new bike!

I am so incredibly impressed with the service they offer. I am over 4 hours away from the shop and they were able to ship my new bike out sooner than expected as well as stay in close contact with updates. Over all the service and customer service has been a great experience I will be recommending this shop to all my friends for parts!

I came in with two 20 inch wheels that needed to be rebuilt and some questions about a project. I was told that they could order the spokes for the wheels but I would take some time. They answered all my questions and told me of a shop that would be better able to help me with my 20inch wheels. They get top marks for this. I’ll go back here because even if they can’t always do the work on my (complicated) cargo bike I never feel like it’s a wasted trip.

I ordered a bike this April right during the busiest time of the year. They built it super fast and I was on the trails in just over a week! The bike was greased and oiled nicely and put together with no issues! They even let me use a tork wrench so I could fit it in my car. They had everything setup outdoors to be safe with covid too. Good experience!

Wanted to buy 2 helmets, but the checkout staff had zero sense of who wanted to discuss bike matters vs those who quickly wanted to buy and leave. I waited in line for 10 min and was never acknowledged. The helmets were put on their checkout counter and I left. If that's what they consider good customer service then they truly need to review their sales practices or hire more attune staff.
