As a member of my strata council, I am very satisfied with their work (as is our entire strata). BC Strata is fast, efficient, and very dependable. I have lived in many condos, so I have a lot to compare it to. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience. We have had a few incidents in our building (not uncommon with new buildings & stratas). Each time, their quick response & professionalism resulted in successful resolution. I (we) would highly recommend BC Strata.

Our building manager Jared is wonderful! He has formed a great relationship with our strata council and pays attention to our building needs. Since buying with Polygon we have had a few stressful issues and Jared has handled them very well.

They are crocks never trust them they scam people , under pay employees, management are lazy and not in involved, rip you off on your pay , don’t ever hire this company they have no values or trust , they lie to get contracts
