Had a great experience at Bps this evening. The bar staff was very friendly and more than accommodating. Also my food came out quickly which is always nice when you are hungry.

Usually I only have good experiences at BP's. First red flag was that nobody was at reception. So I seated myself at the bar and I waited for 15 minutes and not a single employee in sight. When asked a cook if anybody would serve, a girl shows up after another 5 minutes and starts serving customers who just showed up. This place doesn't know what they are doing and don't seem to care about customers. Combine that with the low rating of food quality and I know when I will be back to this location. Just left. Revenues are not automatic.

The servers themselves are always great but there's never enough working when it's busy. Service starts out amazing and then completely disappears once it starts to fill up. Often have 1 server working the bar and floor.

Always a great experience in the lounge area where you can enjoy a selection of draft beer (2 served from a sub zero keg) and great specials every day. It's a good place to watch your favorite team with friends.

I don’t mean to be a karen but, the amount of time we had to wait for our food was too long. We had to wait 30 minutes for the appetizer another 30 minutes for the main meal, and another 15 minutes for the dessert (Probably more). There was only 3 of us and we only ordered 1 appetizer for all of us, 1 meal for each of us, and a dessert. The food was good and the staff seems nice, it’s just it was too long. We went there at 8:10 pm and finished at 9:50 pm.

I ordered a salmon power bowl this evening to take out, I didn't get enough portions of the all ingredients which I supposed to get,last I had the same dish at Cold Lake BP,they provided the right amount of portions of all the ingredients, compare to Cold Lake BP Bonnyville is not up to the mark,didn't get enough for which I paid.Also, this BP at Bonnyville has limited food items. I'm not happy at all.

Working in the area the last couple weeks and stopped in last Monday for Monday night football on the bar side and was pretty disappointed. Bar staff seemed both overwhelmed and undertrained however it was busy so didn’t hold it against them. Back again the following Monday and the same results only a whole different staff on hand. Work outta town a lot and like Boston Pizza as its usually pretty consistent. This location is also consistent but not in a good way. Management is clearly an issue here and hopefully they figure things out.
