Best roofing company hands down! I would absolutely hire Lord Roofing again and will be recommending this company to friends & family!Lord and his whole crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. Lord came and gave me an honest assessment of my roof and quoted a very competitive price for a new roof. He was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. Where Lord stood out from the rest was his attention to detail. He took pictures of the roof along the way explaining what was done incorrectly last time and how he finished the job this time. Lord put a real emphasis on making sure that both myself and my neighbour were happy with his work and the final product.

Best roofing team in the city.During a very strong windstorm a few years back we had big bunches of shingles fly off our roof. I was appalled because we had re-done the roof a few years prior to that. While I was contemplating what to do, I heard a doorbell. It was Lourid, offering help at those hard to find a roofer" times. He was like an answer to a prayer. He fixed the damaged parts of the roof and explained to me how the previous job was done incorrectly. After a year or so

Lord and team did an absolutely fantastic job re-shingling our roof and adding new aluminum soffits, flashing, gutters and downspouts. We looked at a lot of roofing companies and Lord was extremely well rated on Google Reviews and Homestars (perfect ratings on each). Lord's pricing was highly competitive and he has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I was completely blown away that he and his team completely cleaned up each day when they left. You would never have known we were having work done they were so tidy. Lord's attention to detail is superb. There isn't a detail too small. He was unhappy with an end-cap on the shingling and came back to replace after the job was complete! Lord has done a great job of selecting his team and each and every one reflected his quality expectations and his attention to detail. One of his crew wasn't happy with part of the calking he had done and came back the next day, it the rain to re-do. We hadn't noticed or asked!!!!Lord was an excellent communicator and kept us apprised of progress and any issues that cropped up during the execution of the work. We would get texts with photos throughout the day showing progress and any issues that cropped up, including any damage noted to exisiting roof plywood, etc.All told, it was a pleasure to have Lord Roofing & Aluminum working on our home. The finished project is literally a work of art and so much better than our previous roof and aluminum. All told, this was an 11/10 experience, with Lord constantly going above and beyond!

Lord and his team just finished our steep and fairly complex roof and did an incredible job! Lord takes such pride in his work and is sure to continually communicate about any concerns he has and gives great advice and care to come up with good solutions to any problem. His team is lovely to have around, very conscientious and careful! They take safety very seriously as well. The whole team worked SO hard and completed the job in the time they said it would take! The roof is immaculate and beautifully precise! We will definitely be using Lord again and already have some friends and family ready to use Lord as well! Thank You Lord and his amazing team for our new roof. In just a few days they installed new 1/2 plywood, new shingles, soffit, fascia and trough. Lord was thorough in explaining the situation after doing an inspection and gave me options on how to get the job done, repair vs fix. He provided professional service with a smile.He even called to inquire after the repair and came in to check as I wasn’t sure about one corner of the roof.His price was the best from all I had asked around.
