TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff have no clue what they are doing between this location and the 1-800 number. The staff at this location set up my children’s accounts incorrectly and when I tried calling in to make adjustments to the account they “couldn’t” assist me and wanted my 9 year old to call in. I then had to go back to the branch to get them rectify the issue. Every time I have to call the 1-800 line it takes on average 30 minutes to get anything done where I have to argue to have any changes made even thought all of the security questions are answered correctly. The staff are clearly not trained and have no clue what they are doing. I highly recommended baking with anyone but TD. Worse experience ever!

Rebecca Michalofsky went out of her way to help me in getting my funds released that were on hold. No one from the Easyline or TD branches in Ajax helped me in removing the hold. My house closing was at stake and she was the only person who dragged me out of this unfortunate situation. Hope she is recognized for the Amazing customer service that she is providing.Thanks Rebecca!

This TD Canada Trust is amazing. The manager Shawn is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They store always has someone greeting, and often, they have books for sale, and the profit goes toward charity. My mom and I just bough some, and had a nice time reading them. I opened an additional checking and high interest saving account, and was blown away by the service I was provided. It only took a few minutes, and I left happy knowing my money would be growing with such a high interest rate.The customer service offered online for credit card purchases was also superior. The representative explained the import charges for my purchases from the states and even offered to refund the difference if I wasn't happy. I was so pleased with her service. If I have any more questions I won't hesitate to call.The ATM's at the bank are open 24 hours a day and really make any banking you have convenient. The machine is user friendly, intuitive and helpful for anyones quick banking needs.Thank you TD Canada Trust

Went to deposit a cheque and the lady at the counter was coughing like crazy. Go drink some water or something stop coughing on customers..Always something at this location. Better off making the 2 minute drive to boardwalk …

Kim the Td Mortgage advisor is terrible. Gives wrong information and expects us to correct their mistakes. A citizenship card never expires, a quick google search can tell you that.

TD has the worst business bank services. I cannot believe you took the service out of branches. This was the worst move this bank did. 4 weeks since I opened my business account and got nothing sent in the mail. I actually think you’ve become the worst bank in Canada.

I have been to this branch a good number of times. Almost 50% of the visits have been unpleasant. Not sure why the tellers are so upset at seeing a customer/client walk in. Very few people from the staff behave good nature-dly.

I had very bad experience in this branch, They do not care about customers need, zero empathy, All they do was saying no" and reading rules from a text book over and over again.
