Got a new $1700 window installed from ultimate window & doors December 1st 2021 it is now March of 2023 and I'm just noticing a crack in it. I called and they will not warranty it. If I'm paying $1700 for a window I'd like it to be good quality and not crack. Install guys were great but pour quality windows.

Hard to get them to hold up their end of a warranty. The company they sent replaced half of the bad windows then wanted to charge for the rest.
