This is not a Care Home , this is a place for the Government to take your money and have Canadian Elderly just to get by ! The food is terrible, the care is not up to par and staff make good wages to give bad service ! Trust me not a place you want to leave a loved one !

Fellburn Care Centre
Our mom was admitted to Fellburn after a week at Bby General. She had attained several pelvis fractures& one deeper fracture into her hip. Fellburn was to be the in between care versus hospital to home. She was there 2 days and they were already thinking of discharging her even tho she could not get out of bed during the night to use toilet. The PCC (Wen) was rude and not helpful or empathetic

worst manager ever! multiple times ive asked to speak to the manager Angela and she has not been helpful at all. never available and when she is, she is rude and you can tell that she does not want to help. i feel bad for the staff cuz they’re helpful and caring. i would give 5 stars if it was for the receptionists and nurses and care aids but the manager brings it down.

My elderly Mother in Law was moved here from Burnaby Hospital.Both she and her children were treated terribly by staff and administration. They don't listen and don't respond to complaints. Do not leave your loved one at this facility.

This is specifically for the day program staff on 04/12/2022 - evening (2:45pm) - the elderly woman working at this day program is terrible. I witnessed her lie, verbally abuse handydart/transit staff, and was horrible with the clientele. She uses covid restrictions" as a way to power trip

Worst MANAGER ANGELA works at Fellburn Care centre. Lack of maturity as she is old.Very rude at talking. Very Judgemental.If people like her works in this Field just creating a bad zone to work.Than these people say we are racist.#LearnPersonalityDevelopment#NoManners

Fellburn Care Centre
After reading these reviews, we had so much fear of our loved one entering this interim Home Care. After a couple visits, I have been so impressed and pleased how empathetic, happy and caring the entire staff is! They were feeding patients with love and so much care, High fiving and joking around with our loved one, so involved and so empathetic. Super impressed and so grateful for such a fantastic team!

Address is 6050 Hastings St. Barnaby, BC but when we punch in 6050 Hastings St, it show at the corner of Boundary and Hastings which is not right. The location of Fellburn Care center is correctly shown on the map at Hastings and Fell Ave. in Burnaby, BC.

Fellburn staff assaulted Bobby o,shay while she was trying to help her elderly mother. Grabbed her and pushed her around for no reason.
