This one in stonewall is apparently not safe and you can get sick, my aunty used to work there and the vegetables after being cut are only supposed to be left out for 48-72 hours anymore and you have to throw them out.My aunt showed up for work one day and the vegetables were covered in a whole bunch of food, so she was about to throw them out like she's supposed to. Just before she threw them out her boss walked in and yelled at her to put the food back in the slot for the vegetables and she doesn't care if there moldy just serve them to the customers or pick the moldy ones out, so she picked them out. But that doesn't erase the fact that her boss was about to serve moldy food to customers.

It was quite full of people but still the staff was fast and even though my online order needed to be customized they were cool about it and made all the changes I requested.

Good grief. Whoever the manager is , pls get it together. Two new girls working through the dinner rush with one gal that knew what she was doing. What should have taken five minutes took twenty. If service is going to be that slow ,that your food is cold, there should be a discount. And then handling money then handling food. I am pretty patient with new young staff but this was bad.

Needed to grab something for the road. Stopped in because it's usally quick. I get people can be short tempered and loose patents. We all have bad days. Never understood why something as simple as ordering a sub could be so stressful! Even when staff is doing there best. Customers should give the respect and not be little the server just to make them selves feel better.... So to all the people working in the service industry. I appreciate you! Thanx for showing up and doing ur job. Being friendly and polite even though some days it's really hard to keep bitting ur lip under ur mask...

Took 25 minutes to get a sub. Ran out of everything except for whole wheat and white. Sandwich makers were super slow and sub sat on the counter for 15 minutes. Go to the kiln or LJs and save yourself the hassle.

Ordered a steak in a wrap turns out like I just ate a wrap. I can’t even feel the meat and the veggies i asked to put in only the sauce and wrap I taste.I was really disappointed knowing that they always served good.

I’ve been a regular this subway since 2019, figured it’s time to leave my review. I go 3-5 times a month.Since 2019 I have only ever received one incorrect order. One. That’s amazing in my books, mistakes happen.They had the toaster out of order 3 times and one of those times was over 1 month of wait for repair. Not their fault.Most of the time the sandwich artists are students or fresh graduates and I’ve never seen one last a year, likely cause of school and what not. Every single one has been very polite but sometimes they can be slow, makes sense if they are new so I won’t fault them. Every time I visit the new artists get faster and faster. A+The manager lady is an absolute angel. Nothing but praises to her and the hard work she does working with students day to day.Over all this is my favorite subway, I’ve lived in other towns and have gone to other subways for multiple years but this one is the best. Clearly the manager likes her job and does well to care for the employees and of course the food is always great.Addition: there was once a public complaint of the subway closing early. (As well as other stonewall stores) the stonewall public complained about people “not wanting to work anymore, those darn millennials etc.”They did close early a few times due to lack of staff. I will not fault them. When subway heavily relies on student and young adult workers, the school year and being in a small town will heavily effect work hours.I love this subway.

Ice machine broken ..common.No tomatoes.... nice to know BEFORE I ordered breakfast egg with green pepper and NO tomatoes.
