Done Deal Drain Cleaning & Plumbing

I had an inspection done on my sewer line with a camera to see if I had any issues. They came the next day and were on time. The drain technician (Scott) was very knowledgeable and efficient. The camera was excellent and gave a very clear picture. Pricing was very reasonable. I was very please with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had Done Deal Drains perform a sewer scope inspection prior to buying a home. From the first call to set up the appt to the last follow up report and recommendations, the service was knowledgeable, professional and you could tell them really care! They took the time to call and explain the report to me and provided a rush quote to do some major repairs which was invaluable. I appreciate the whole team’s attention to detail and follow up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I'm so impressed with Done Deal services. We had an emergency drainage issue last night with our kitchen sink and they came to our rescue. Not only were they professional about everything, they also went above and beyond to clean up the mess on our kitchen floor, behind the fridge and stove. Done Deal came to the rescue when our hot water tank sprang a leak! They were willing to help and got a plumber to our house within a few hours. We then booked them to replace both our hot water tanks the following week. The communication regarding the installation was timely and friendly and the work was done well! I would highly recommend Done Deal when you are in need of plumbing services!

Dee ethnicly cleansed me. He was quick and thorough and cleaned all of my pipes! I highly recommend. If you need your drain or pipe cleaned out thoroughly ask specifically for Dee!!!!

Recently had a poor experience with this company. Was charged over $1300 over 3 visits for something that could have been fixed in one or two visits if the correct equipment was available. I was never given the option of approving the correct repair at time of inspection because they made decisions without consulting with me and then charged me the full price to come back and do the repair properly.Additionally, if you request that a camera inspection is completed you also have to make a special request to have that footage shared with you or else they assume that you don't want to see it. It's not implied when you approve the camera charge that you want to view the footage.In my case, apparently the only way that I could have avoided the 3 charges for the one repair would have been for me to have diagnosed the problem ahead of time and then inform this company of what equipment was needed prior to them arriving. Unfortunately I am not a plumber and could not have done this diagnosis myself, that's why I hired them....
