I was very impressed with the products and the politeness of the staff. The flavours were great. The waffle cones were the best! I recommend Haven's to everybody. I especially enjoyed the vegan flavours.

Portions are generous and the ice cream tastes great but I wish they had more flavours to choose from!

The price is expensive ($10 for a 2 scopes cone) but their portions are bigger than other places. However, for the quality that they server there, I really wish they didn’t give us that much. I got the passion fruit and cheesecake &vanilla flavor. Both flavors are super sweet and numb your taste buds after first bite. I think that’s their intention to beat you taste buds to death with sugar and balance it with some salt so you can swallow it. I had passion fruit before and it sure didn’t taste like what they made there. It has some weird tangy and savory stuff going on and it’s hard to get rid of it from your tongue. It’s incredible that they can screw up simple vanilla flavor too. I had to throw away most of it. Instead of defending yourself on the internet please learn how to make good ice cream with good ingredients. Take a flight to go to Vancouver and try Earnest. I bet you will be shamed to call what you make ice cream!

Been multiple times, nice staff and store. Large sizes and good prices. The ice cream is a little too salty and a little too sweet. I would recommend they reduce the salt.The store is pretty but could use some more tables. coffee/tea and baked goods could be a good addition.

Very cute, spacious shop, delicious ice cream. They only have paper bowls or waffle cones for an additional cost, but the ice cream prices are quite reasonable for the neighborhood. They let us try a couple of samples, and their serving portions were generous. Will be back!

A great addition to the Ottawa ice-cream scene. The space is modern and artistic.They also have very strategic private seating areas which I loved. When we went in they had 8 different flavours, some traditional and others unique. We ended up getting the apple crisp, London fog, dark chocolate and chocolate mint. We liked all the flavours but found them a tad sweet. Our favourite was the mint chocolate and London fog. In addition, the portions are huge - I was not able to finish my two scoops. I would recommend getting either one scoop or sharing a bowl with a friend/partner. The prices are also very competitive compared to the other shops in the same area. This place is definitely worth the stop!

Delicious ice cream at an incredible price. Was happy to learn that they do not use any artificial colours or flavours AND they have vegan options! The service is out of this world- they will gladly change out the ice cream scoops upon request, or scoop from a fresh tub if there are any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns. Additionally, they make all of their waffle cones/waffle bowls in house (so cool and fun to watch!) for only $1.50. Pictured is mint chocolate chunk and chocolate ice cream in a waffle bowl- such a treat! Thank you to the staff for the positive experience and pleasant conversation. Will definitely be returning!

Such a great addition to the neighborhood! The ice cream is always delicious especially their feature flavours. Very generous portions and good pricing compared to the competition in the area! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and trendy ice cream spot!

Cute new spot in the glebe. Very generous portions.. simple flavours but I enjoyed my salty caramel so much! One downside to our visit yesterday that they ran out of waffle cones and were making new ones on the spot, unfortunately the new ones were very undercooked and I had to throw mine after and couldn’t eat it… it was a busy day and I felt they were overwhelmed and sad I didn’t enjoy the full experience!
