We’ve used Joe for several years now and we’ve always been exceptionally pleased with the service.Upon his first visit Joe took time to explain that our stove usage was causing build up in the chimney. He was patient and gave some extremely useful advice, including adding a thermostat to our chimney flue, when and how to get fire hot and how best to operate the vents.We had two chimney fires prior to using Joe and since his advice and thorough cleaning, the flue has been maintained and not once built up with soot or residue.Should also mention that Joe also respects your home, he removes his shoes when he enters (without being asked), covers the fireplace and ensures no mess is left.Truly a superb service, I’ve recommended to others and all have been as impressed as we are.

Joe was very friendly and professional - my wood burner looked like new once he has was done with it! He identified some issues that needed addressing and was able to sort them for me.I would definitely recommend him.
