Don’t buy anything from Sleep Country, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Company is unable to help with any sort of exchanges or returns, and does not value their customers. Take your business elsewhere. -5 stars for this horrible company.

Amazing customer serviceJimmy, the sales associate, helped me to find exactly what i was looking for in few minutes. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had two bad experiences with sleep country in the last few years with couple bad quality mattresses but this one is the best I have had . I told Jimmy about the description of my twin mattress i have for few years and asked him to help me get something one in queen since that specific one is discontinued. He found me the exact quality and even this one is more advanced.I am very pleased and appreciated on his help

Dealt with Rob and Ryan. Got excellent service and advice, and they hooked us up with a great deal on a floor model. Was able to put a refundable deposit down while we did some cost Co.parison research. Not only did Sleep country end up having the best price, they offer 100 day guarantee, they can deliver next week, and offer free delivery and old mattress removal. Most of the other stores we called didn't answer, and the ones that did had a way worse selection, charged for delivery, had a 4 week wait, and no guarantee. Definitely recommend this store.

The sweater vest guy that works here took one look at us and said the budget section is over there. We felt very disrespected as we were there to actually shop for my mother. She was interested in a luxebreeze mattress. Effectively costing the business thousands of dollars. We decided we would never go back.

Walked in with a budget, worked with the sales associate who was very pleasant, polite and found the most comfortable set at a price I won't have nightmares over, lol, comfortable atmosphere, and walked out with a delivery date within the same week. What's not to like.

It was an excellent experience from the time I stepped into the store to the delivery. Ryan at the store is knowledgeable and super helpful as well as non judgmental. The delivery was also spot on, said they would call between 8 and 9AM on the delivery day, got a call around 8:30AM and boom the mattress was delivered to me by 9:30AM. I do recognize I was lucky to be their first delivery of the day but they have kept all the promises from the first day I went into the store. I am glad I bought my mattress at Sleep Country.

Both times I’ve been in to this store I have had Ryan Harris’s smiley face behind the counter and he went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. We also had a great chat about podcasts and books and it put a genuine smile on my face, especially after having a tough day, I’m so glad I decided to come in today. Very happy with my experience!
