Very slow service, inefficient, and not professional. We did an order, the guy confirmed that it is available (went and check), and I told him that we need this item for our kid who is waiting, and please make sure to reserve it. 15 mins later, the guy asked me to come and said that the item was given to someone else in the drive thru line!

There should really be a sign at the drive thru that says DO NOT BLOCK LANES". People going to the drive thru here are constantly in the way instead of just waiting for enough room to get in the drive thru. It's very annoying and with slow service you can't even expect the cars to get out of the way quickly."

Awful service. Drive thru was so long that we decided to walk in. We waited 30 mins for our turn to come and when the turn came they didnt have the grilled cheese that we ordered. The pink drinks that we ordered both didnt look the same and tasted sour.We were disappointed that our order was all messed up even after 30 mins of wait.never coming here again

What designer renovated this place?Really only 6 spots available unless you wanna rub thighs with people.And 2 of the spots have no power. Brutal. 1:30 pm in the afternoon and no one else can sit. Think you could have done better, not worse, with a clean slate.

Friendly and quick service. Sunday evening, glad they were open compared to others nearby that close earlier. Not a big Starbucks, but our group made it work to fit and sit together.

Like nearly all Starbucks, they make good drinks here.Their service is a little slow.I’ve waited for up to 25-30 minutes multiple times here to get my order, and for what you pay at Starbucks.Starbucks need to challenge themselves and give $5 gift cards or something if the wait is 15 minutes or longer.

Stay away from the snacks unless you have to - there are always fresher eating options close by.2. For the coffee beans, try their blonde roast rather than standard3. If, like me, you like a flat white, insist on them putting less milk (160 ml or 8 oz).
