I went in to get two pairs of glasses, the sunglasses were great, but the clears were ordered with the inverse of bifocals. So they said they'd order up a new pair, which is nice. But I'm now waiting 5 weeks for my glasses. They're super insistent that you leave a Google review, so here it is. Nice folks there, but not the most detail oriented.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. The optometrist was fantastic. The turn around time was less than a week to pick up my prescription, and I love that they were able to direct bill my insurance. My new go to place for glasses. Highly recommend!

Bailey Nelson has an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly optometrist - I think she's the best I've ever worked with in terms of providing her time and expertise to explaining the instrumentation and analysis of my eye, and its relationship with my general health.The other staff at Bailey Nelson are also very friendly and accommodating. There was some confusion with my order initially, but it was resolved by the manager, Phoenix, who was incredibly professional and took the time to sort things out with me. The customer service here is above and beyond! I am very grateful! Thank you, Bailey Nelson Optometry staff!

Phenomenal customer service here, I could not recommend the team here more. I will never go to another business for glasses again.I broke my Bailey Nelson glasses on a camping trip and snapped one arm clean off. I thought I would have to buy a whole new set of glasses (which with my prescription would be $300+) but the team managed to find replacement arms that were similar enough to my current frames to switch out instead. I truly appreciate them fixing my current frames instead of trying to just sell me a new pair.

I had a great experience at Bailey Nelson. The girls at the front were very helpful helping me to find the perfect frames that I love! The optometrist who did my eye exam was very thorough and it was nice to be able to see what my prescription would look like like beforehand (I've never had that in an eye exam before). I was very satisfied and the price was affordable. They ever spent quite a while to get the fit just right when I picked my glasses up. Highly recommend!
