Elegant Nails

This place has been around for so long. I always buy my grandmother and other family members manicure and pedicure gift cards and they love them. This place is one of the best nail salons. I've ever been to and I've only been in a few so I recommend if you're looking for good nails and stuff like that this is a. Great place to go I recommend it

This has been my go-to place for nails for years. It's nice and close, and they are always friendly. They remember our conversations we have had so the conversations are super personable. I have no issues with the quality of the service. If I had any problems, they were quick to fix it for me. Would highly recommend!

I always go to Kim and she's the best nail lady I've had! She is super meticulous with her work and listens to what you want. She'll check in on you to see that you actually like the design and shape, and is so happy to make any changes I want. I've never felt bad about asking for changes or for her to fix anything and she is so understanding - always says: as long as you like it!" I have also never had a broken nail with her and am able to grow them out for a few months before getting a fill. I would recommend her to any of my girlfriends :)"

I had been going to this nail salon for 6 months because it is near my area and is never fully booked. So I was a loyal costumer. Now I understand why it never has been fully booked as they are unprofessional and rude. I had gotten my nails done by a lady that I don’t remember the name of and she cut me many of times and once I went home the nail polish of my acrylics had completely just peeled off. When this happened I didn’t say anything as I did not want to cause any stress for these lady’s. So I went back to the same lady and got a new set of acrylics for a special occasion which I made clear to her that it was for an occasion. She did not shape them to my nails and the fell off and started chipping a week after getting them done. They did not even last for what I had gotten them for which was my birthday. I called back and she was rude and refused to give me a refund. I proceed to ask for a new set for free. After arguing with her for 15 minutes she finally agreed to give me a new set for free. She gave me her number so she could see the condition my nails were in, which I understand. Once she seen them she tried blaming my nails for looking like that on me. When I texted her to confirm that she would be giving me a new set for free she ignored me and never answered my question. I never ended up hearing back and did not even bother going to the salon as I didn’t feel like getting treated horribly. Not to mention that every time I would go there I would make an appointment and they wouldn’t take me till 30 minutes after my appointment time. These lady’s are disrespectful and do not care about the well being of their customers.

I've been going to Lily for almost 2 years now, and it's the best decision I've ever made. I've been doing my nails for about 20 years now and never before have they looked this awesome. Ladies will always stop me to ask where I had them done, and I can understand why. The ladies from the salon are always friendly and makes everyone feel welcome.

Phan has been doing my nails for the past 8 or so years and I’ve always been amazed and pleased with her work. She takes her time and really listens to what I want. Elegant Nails is very clean, professional and has a positive atmosphere. I would call ahead to book an appointment and they always do there best to fit me in if its on a particularly busy day.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a few years now, they’ve always treated me the best and I love the way they do my nails each time. I’ve never left unhappy, I’m always so happy with the way my nails look. Very friendly ladies and they always ask how my family is which I love as it really shows they care. Thank you girls again for always being the best!

First time going here! Went with my mom and they did an amazing job! I absolutely adore the spiderwebs. I didn't catch the lady's name that did mine, but Lee Lee (sorry, probably didn't spell it correctly) did my mom's nails. They were both very friendly, constantly asked if we were happy with the length, shape, colour and design. I made a mistake and didn't ask for the manicure as well, but the lady that did mine offered to at least clean up my hangnails. Both of ours look exactly like how we asked, and how they looked in the reference photos. Didn't rush, but they were fairly quick. Would recommend!

I have been going to this nail salon for years. The ladies are so nice and the service I get here is amazing. This is the best place to get your nails done.
