Worst experiences ever!!!As I needed to start new insurance for my home, I called them on November 12, 2020, 2 weeks before the insurance start date. After talking to Dennis, I emailed him right away with all the information needed to get insurance quotation. After then I emailed them couple more times to know the update, but they didn't even bother to acknowledge my emails. I didn't hear anything back from them though my insurance renewal date is passed.I had the same experience with them before. On July 2020, I was trying to get auto insurance quotation from another agent of Link insurance. Even after several follow ups, I didn’t get any quotation and unfortunately my insurance renewal date passed!!!

My broker was jackie, excellent person to deal with. High reccomend fast and process was easy.
