TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Poor customer service, don’t respond to email directly to specific staff and had to call multiple times and finally had to request manager call back. Definitely don’t recommend this branch.

The drive through atm is always broken, and they lock the doors after hours so you can't even use the indoor atm.When they are open, I had to stand in line for 45 minutes just to get a pre authorized debit form.Terrible customer service.

Hi;20 year memberPhoned in after trying my tap on my brand new debit card. Phoned in and said this is the second time when I have got a new debit my tap did not work. Lady said it should work; as it should take over the same function as your last card. I said would of been nice to have it tested at the bank as you test your PIN; and the card did not work with tap at Pharmacy; and that was an issue for me. It was embarrassing.She dismissed my claims and was not a great listener; was more interested in controlling the dialog of the conversation.. I said I read your google reviews and just trying to give you some tips to ensure customer satisfaction; if my tap was tested I wouldn't of called in to complain which is a no brainer.. She kept escalating the situation on me. I did ask for a manager, and she said she was the manager. The manager now answers the phone I guess, but she should of relayed me to her supervisor, to deesclate the situation. When ever someone wants to talk to someone else, regardless of your position, never deny them that opportunity.. Make sure their displeasure is heard, and try to rectify the situation in a professional manner. We are all human and have thoughts and feelings.I ended up not participating any further and wished her a a nice day" and disconnected from the call. Today I have cancelled my TD Visa

Always a wait. People leaving in frustration. Drive-thru is usually broken. It's a very convenient location with sub par access. The staff are usually nice. The manager is helpful but always looks kinda stressed out.Definitely considering moving my personal and company accounts to Coast Capital

The branch manager is fantastic. Extremely helpful and considerate. Also have had exceptional treatment from many of the employees. Always a joy going in knowing my requests will be met with professionalism and care.EDIT: people have bad and good days. Give them patience and they will show you professionalism.

To be clear, this rating is for this branch only. I will review other branches independently.I had the worst banking experience of my life in this branch dealing with a teller and the branch manager.They were insulting and unhelpful.I left the branch contemplating closing my account.The reputation of TD Bank was tarnished for me by this interaction.

This is the worst bank ive ever been to! The loans dept is the worst with idots working there with no knowledge at all about trust and honesty is about. Lying to the customers and then not getting back to tgem when they promised they would is unacceptable. I will never do business with this td and will encourage family members to close there accounts.

THE WORST BRANCH!!!! I cannot express how awful this branch is. Horrible unfriendly, judgemental staff. RACISM is right to your face, blatant, no hiding it. They have different rules for people of color. They will cater to the white clients and everyone else is made to feel less than. I have had this attitude also passed on to my 13 year old daughter…each time she’s interacted with the staff here I can feel her innocence being robbed from her. I have also seen other get mistreated in this branch. If you are a PERSON OF COLOR PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH for your mental health!! I cannot wait to run into their staff at my place of work so I can return the favor!!They will grind you down to dust. Making themselves look superior at the cost of others. Everyone from the branch manager to the tellers are just the worst human beings I’ve ever interacted with. I will continue to do my part as a member of this community to call out these hypocrites. Enough is enough

Asked them to suspend my tap canceled my card!! Now it says bank ope. CLOSED! cant even call the number on my card as it bleeps beens and whistles fax sounds when I call. Here I am sitting in their CLOSED bank waiting 20 plus minutes for a specialist" on the phone. I once went to withdraw 5000$ and was today only 2k. Because I need to phone a day ahead to withdraw that amount !! REALLY!"
