Very happy with the service recieved. Phil the mechanic owner is efficient and detail oriented. He is also very thorough and his pricing is quite reasonable. Most important of all to me is he is honest. No unnecessary work or charges. Nice to find a guy like that......

Phil has been maintaining my wife's 1997 Honda Accord regularly for over 5 years. He always goes over and above what is expected and never does anything unnecessary. I have known Phil personally for approximately 20 years. He has done exceptional work on my vehicles as well as the vehicles of multiple friends and family members. He is an extremely honest, fair, and highly skilled professional mechanic. I recommend Phil at Altech Auto to anyone and everyone!!

Phil was off the charts great to deal with. Living in Kelowna but wanting to purchase a used vehicle in Vernon, I randomly selected Altech Auto for a vehicle inspection, and boy, am I glad I did. Phil was informative, talked me through the process and advised me on options to consider. Phil was a tremendous help and his attention to detail was phenomenal. Sadly, we've only spoken over the phone, but his demeanour and general care for his customer was nothing short of outstanding. I would recommend Phil for any of your vehicle maintenance needs. Why? He is trustworthy and in your corner.

Phil is experienced and as proffessional as they come. He got me in and out quickly and did a complete inspection of my truck while taking care of the issue. He gave me an honest overview about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. If I need more work done that I cant do myself, I'm taking it back to Altech.

Phil always does what needs to be done and tries to keep costs down as much as possible.Really appreciate the attention to detail, I had a broken license plate holder clip and Phil fixed it without being asked so my plate hangs straight again.

I can't thank Phil enough .We are on vacation , far away from home when our Van started to not run right . It is a special conversion on propane. Called Phil , right away he was very pleasant and receptive to my problem . He said he would phone me back to see if he could try and move his schedule to accommodate my emergency. Phil called back to say he could get me in that day . He fully diagnosed and fixed it the same day . Our Van is running as good as new .... Thanks so much Phil!!!
