Kevin is great !! I went there to get my hair cut. He is very gentle while handling the hair and confident with his experiments as well. Very good listener, heard all my concerns and gave a decent cut and style. I am happy with the services. Also the entire staff is very pleasant to talk to and everyone is smiling and welcoming. Very relaxing environment. Will be going there again.

Bre the makeup artist was amazing. Was super kind, and used colours that really brought out my inner beauty. When used all clean tools when applying the makeup, asked for consent, made sure to match my skin tone, and was careful with my allergies. She even costumed blended colours using colour theory to really make a bang. Got so many compliments!

This place is AWSOME. Best clean salon in London Ontario. I would know because I work here! Bosses are great, place is big and everyone is like family. Also has the best facials in London Ontario!! Haha

Got my hair done a while back asked for blonde highlights, and was asked if I colored my hair which I had and so I said that I was only informed when the bleach was in my hair that blonde wasn't achievable because of the dye... I totally understand that but why wasn't I informed of this before the bleach got put in? So I could leave. She could have told me and I could have come back another time when the dye faded I ended up with orange highlights while not horrible and kind of cute" it wasn't what I asked for I wasn't happy. I find it a common theme in hair salons I ask for blonde highlights and get orange even with non dyed hair. I think they think blonde doesn't suit me in general and choose for me. Although the dye was the case here I think. Just wish I was told before the dye it's not right.Edit: I have gotten my hair done by you're stylists earlier.I know why it turns orange I know the process

The most relaxing eyebrow wax I have ever received in my life. Like meditation and waxing. Nicole always does a fantastic job with my hair. I recently brought my toddler for her first cut, and she was great with her too. I highly recommend.

Great experience! Kevin did a great job on my hair, explained all the steps to be done patiently and kept listening to my concerns. The results are so satisfying and I'm sure I'm gonna come back soon.

Essense is my husband and I's favourite salon. Every time we come in is a treat, and we are always happy with everything they do. I even brought my bridal party before our wedding to get makeup and hair done. Everyone was super happy with the outcome. I can't say enough good things. Rashelle has always been my go to hair stylist, and she was in charge of my bridal make up and hair too. I also recently have been going to Breanna for all my esthetician needs, including waxing and facials. She is AMAZING! After working with her, I don't think I'll ever be able to go anywhere else!
