They are very responsive when you give them a call and they have many teams going around my area, so it's never long before they come treat your lawn.They also offer accessory services, such as seed deliveries or others. This is an interesting service as it also allows for a reminder of when different tasks should be done on your lawn.

So far I have to say that I am not at all impressed by the professionalism of the service that Vertdure West Island/Delson provides. There is a clear disconnect between Sales, Service and the Techs on the road. Sales and the first Tech told us that we may require additional treatments for our lawn and simply to call back for additional visits if we see the product is not working well after a few weeks. When we did that, the receptionist said there is nothing she could do and that they do not guarantee some types of weeds (vs what Sales told us specifically for our case... and I do understand they do not have the products they used to have, so am patient). Anyway, we had to escalate again to our sales rep who got them to put in another service call. I then asked Service to ensure they ring my doorbell because I wanted to discuss some things with the tech since I have some sensitive areas that I wish not to be treated. She said, too late, the call has already been placed (that's it - nice)... So they have no way to reach their techs??? Now ... today the tech came, did the front yard but did not even bother to do the back yard, or even ring to bell to ask us to open the gate. A courtesy ring at the doorbell should be standard practice for anyone doing work on someone's property... Unprofessional through and through so far.I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I know it will take another year to show something significant... but so far, not showing much results there either. Would be 0 or 1 stars but I am waiting to see if the product actually does something by next year. Seriously you guys need to do something at least about being able to reach the tech and have them try at the minimum to ring a doorbell as standard practice... c'mon...

They use to be good but the last 3 years have been the worst. It is mid May and they haven’t been here once! They keep making excuses, the same excuses as last year. Other companies have been at my neighbours places 2-3 times, these guys take your money and make promises that they can’t keep.

Been with them for 2 seasons now. Very poor results, product burnt our grass in some areas, weeds are abundant, more than before contracting them! They don't follow directives, aeration was done only in the front yard yet claim its been executed in the back also, technicians don't speak French or English so hard to communicate our needs and feedback. Customer service is difficult to get a hold of however they will call you regularly only to sell you more products and services...

Always call ahead so we can schedule our backyard activities. Quick to respond if there is a weed issue. Good products and our lawn looks great. Nice people too. We recommend and our neighbors have even taken their services.

I never have to wait on hold every time I call for service, I get thru to an agent right away. The agent I deal with is so pleasant and always gives me tips and advice. The service calls are great, they always come within the next few days. I had cancelled my service with them a few years ago and then decided my lawn really needed their treatments. I'm with them again this year and my lawn looks great again.

Vertdure has been great to work with. Their service is reliable, and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend their services for your lawn care.

For my first treatment, I had to call them 5 times before they came on June 7. Today is July 12 and still waiting for the second treatment of the season. Very very poor services. For the 1st treatment, twice they promised on the phone they will come the same day, but no one show up.I keep the log of all my calls to Vertdure, date, receptionist name. Will share later post how bad is their services.By the way, I am in Roxboro. Perhaps I am the few customers in the area, that why the services is that terrible.I see other customer postings the same issues.July 12, just talked to Cynthia, she promised a the treatment this week.. Worst, they made the treatment the house next to mine.July 21: Emma and Alex do not know why their tech yesterday made the treatment only to my neighbor. They promised to come tomorrow. I was informed that the company was going to apply fertilizer the next day and this was done, as promised. This is the first of the applications for which they were contracted and I look forward to similar efficient service in future.

The absolute least professional company I have every dealt with (as also written below). The technician who came to fertilize our grass barely put fertilizer everywhere and in the places he did put it, it completely burnt our grass in various spots. (I was told he was then fired). After many phone calls, they came and half fixed the problem with no follow up to the amend their technician's mistake. I have been told and I quote I am not fixing your grass
