We came here to get suits for our wedding and received excellent service. Someone came up to talk to us right away and answered all our questions. They have great deals for wedding parties and a great selection. The salesman hovered a little but that's better than not having anyone around to answer our questions. Can't wait to get the suits and see how they look!

Huge wait, rude personnel, terrible return policy and I'll say again, rude personnel. When I mentioned to the staff member that the customer service was terrible he asked me to not shop there again. That definitely won't be a problem

A few friends and I came in for suits and had a great experience! Robin provided excellent customer service-- he was funny, knowledgeable, and quite obviously took a lot of pride in his work. We're looking forward to getting the suits after a few minor alterations are done. 5/5 would recommend!

I recently purchased 5 tuxedos for my groomsmen and had a great experience with Robin and the staff at Tip Top. He went above and beyond to ensure that all the pieces were accounted for and sent to the right people across the country. Communication was great and never felt pressured at any point. Highly recommend if you're looking for great suits and even better customer service.

Hadia was incredibly helpful after a terrible experience at the West Edmonton Mall store. After them telling me they didn’t have anything in stock for 2h I finally went to another location not only did she sort out my issues with the suit itself but she called 3 different stores to find a matching tie. The store was busy and instead of brushing me off she made sure that the other staff could handle the customers and then gave me her full attention which I appreciated.

Went in last week to get some new professional attire for work, dealt with Robin and he his amazing!! Quick, efficient and even remembered me today when I visited again.My new go to store for my dress needs and Robin is my go to.
