The Marquis Rental Apartments
We had a very smooth move into our new apartment with the help and assistance of Elisabeth & Francisco, our building managers, who we can't praise enough. They keep the building in wonderful condition, the foyer is always clean and welcoming, as are all the public areas. The apartment was in very good shape when we moved in - newly painted and with a new fridge, dishwasher and toilet. We couldn't be more comfortable.

I loved living here and was sad to leave. Location and neighbourhood is excellent, the building is well-maintained, and the building managers are professional, responsive and caring.

I love my Hollyburn Suite because it has great modern updates to the kitchen and bathroom. I love the marble countertops. Lots of space in the kitchen to cook and bake-which is great! It has hard wood flooring and a decent size balcony too.All the property managers that we've had have been really nice, knowledgeable and approachable. The Marquis is in a great location to beaches, restaurants, shopping and downtown. Since I moved in they've updated the laundry room. Getting texts saying my laundry is done is the greatest thing! I've only had good experiences with this company!#Hollyburn40
