Our family hired BasementBro last summer. The remodelled our basement and installed new kitchen upstairs. Great work, everything done in under 6 weeks. Last week we called them to update our bathrooms and they are starting on March 01. Good contractor reasonably priced.

I recently purchased a home and needed an renovations of my basement and kitchen. I already had 3 different contractors give me a quote and although they are not the cheapest but Basement Bro was the best as the person I was dealing with was really professional and gave me a breakdown of the time and cost! I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends!

I have mixed feelings about BasementBro. Our basement flooded last summer and BasementBro helped with the renovation. I did not have a problem with the guys who did the actual work. They were actually very nice, hardworking and were intent on completing the job. We did however have difficulty with management and project managers. Communication is definitely not their strong suit. They say one thing and do another. We found ourselves going through emails just so we could show them what was actually agreed upon. They were not very professional to deal with. There are still things with the basement that we are unhappy about but I am glad the renovation is finally over!!! I would not go back to BasementBro for any future projects.

My neighbor recommended this contractor for our basement.  We saw their work and the bar looked very cool.  Initially the project got delayed by a week because the PM was running behind but they told us that they will catch up and the timeline will be met.  Reno took 6 weeks as per contract.  They framed in 4 days, laid laminate, finished bathroom with steamer in about 2 weeks, one more week for painting and putting in new laundry room. Quality is great, we are very happy and now our bar is even better than neighbors!

what a bunch of crap i would,nt even give them minuses .They are poor Craftmenship ,take what ever short cut they can ,do not provide Permints when you ask for them. My insurance company is requesting them ,if you ever hire them ask them for all the permints pluming and electrical are the two main ones if they can,nt, don nt hire them . My basement is not finish had too hire another company and start over
