Engineered Hardwood Flooring, Wall Removal, Kitchen Renovation, Lighting, Ceiling Rehab, Fireplace and Surround install, Custom Hood Vent and Shelving.When we began our process to renovate our main floor and replacing flooring through 3 other levels we felt a bit overwhelmed. We found 3 local contractors and asked them to price out our design. My wife is very particular and has been planning this renovation everyday for what seems like an eternity. So we really needed to find a contractor that was going pay attention to her sometimes unique requests and vision.In walked Derek. From the moment we met him we knew he was the person we needed in charge of our massive (at least to us) project. During our initial meeting he did not once tell my wife that she shouldn’t do it this way or attempt to change her mind. In fact, he encouraged her to keep going and be as creative as she wanted to be. Derek’s pricing was very fair and upfront. He planned for the worst but adjusted when reality set in.The team at Superior is fantastic. We lived in our home during the construction which created its own set of challenges for us and their team. They were professional, respectful at all times. Including taking extra caution because of our work/sleep schedule.We were given a timeline. The team worked hard towards that timeline. Derek kept us absolutely up to date to make sure we knew what was happening and any delays that may occur. We missed our timeline goal by just over one week. At no time did we feel like this was unreasonable, especially after hearing horror stories from friends and family about renovations they had undergone with other contractors.Our family 100% would endorse Derek and the Superior Solutions Team to everyone and continue to do so on a regular basis.The Saturday after the renovation was complete I was sitting enjoying my morning coffee. When my wife came downstairs she paused and will tears of joy starting in her eyes she said “it’s like he took everything that I was planning in my head all this time and just…made it happen”.And for that, thank you.

We contracted Superior Solutions to renovate our main bathroom upstairs and are very happy with the result!! Honestly never knew a shower could be so enjoyable, but have enjoyed each one in that bathroom since!Derek and his team are clean, caring, precise, and treat your home like their own. They enjoy what they do and it shows in their work as they are very particular about each area of the job from drywalling to tiling, to the little finishing touches. They come in on time, and are done for the day on time and leave your home every day in as clean a manner as I would say is possible.Derek also worked with us along the way with any adjustments that needed to get done to ensure that we were completely happy with the final result, and he succeeded!

When we bought our house we had some specific ideas regarding the look of the house. We took quotes from various different contractors but Derek provided the best quote. He also completely understood the vision my wife had regarding the style.Derek did a fantastic job with the kitchen, staircase, 2.5 washrooms, flooring, lighting fixtures overall.
