I purchased a Bobcat sub compact tractor, after the sale I’ve called to get a price on some parts and implements. It took some time to get an answer back, the owner took some time to answer some questions and listen to my concerns.Got the 50hr service and oil change, everything went smooth, the owner and staff were helpful friendly. I was able to drop off in the morning and get it back the afternoon.

Such a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The workers come to you and ask if you need help. Such a relief. I only bought shear bolts and chainsaw sharpeners, but certainly makes me want to return for bigger purchases soon.

When I entered the store….I heard this voice call out “Good Morning”. I couldn’t even see the young man…but I felt welcome immediately. The service was excellent. He showed me every version of Yeti Cup in the whole store….and demonstrated how each one worked. I came away with a lovely teal Rambler…love it! Thank You!

Husband was extremely pleased with his recent purchase at Yard Gear. He had been looking for a specific tool and wasn't having any luck until he went to Yard Gear. The staff were very helpful taking the time to show him and explain how to use it properly. Price was right as well, win win all around.

What a great experience I had today! Called looking for a random xmas item my nephew wanted and the person on the phone was amazing!! Then went in to pick up my item and everyone was so helpful and friendly!!! Will definitely shop again. Thanks for helping make my nephews Xmas extra special.....

Worst ever. took generator in to have fixed and it was going to cost more to fix then a new one. So i decided not to fix. Went to pick up and charged me 187 and came out in pieces. i thought it would be put back together again but it was all apart and was going to charge me to put back together.

Always a great experience shopping at Yard Gear! Checked off quite a few items on our Christmas list today. Best assortment of Yeti products I’ve seen! They’ve bailed us out many times in the past with snowblower /chain saw parts. We’ll be back!

Just getting indoors after several hours of yard and lane clean up with my new bushcutter purchase from YardGear. My purchase was processed quickly and I appreciated that after the demo about how to start it, I was encouraged to start it to make sure all would be okay when I got back home. I also appreciated the accommodations at the desk to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that I was overlooked while browsing. When an employee became available he checked in with a male who was browsing nearby but then returned to the counter. Don't undervalue your female customers!

Salesman are such bottom feeders!Had a terrible experience here i do not recommend buying anything from this store. They dont care they just want you out the door.Steve was especially disappointing.* In response to your reply I waited a week for someone to call me and set it straight. I asked for the salesman (steve) who couldn't be found 2 min after paying for it to give me a call.I would have came back in for another trailer if you gave me a call to set it straight, but you didn't! *
