Complete Karpet Care were very professional. They were extremely careful moving my furniture and placing it back where it belonged. Carpets were in mint condition after they cleaned them. I would highly recommend them!

Just wanted a set of stairs done, was a small job but the guys still came out. Were early and got the job done ahead of schedule without any disruption. Carpets had a smoke smell previously, after they came odours were gone, carpet dried quickly and was left with a very pleasant smell. Highly recommend this company. Price was more than reasonable and worth having professionals do it versus spending time and money on home solutions that wouldn't have worked.

Not a good experience with this company. Called them over for couch cleaning and after they were done cleaning, quickly packed up their equipment and were in a hurry to leave. When we realized they didnt clean the couch completely, they asked us for additional 50 dollars as they had already packed up their equipment and continued to make statements like you should have told us before the sofa back can be pushed back "

For months I've had to look at my ceramic kitchen floor not knowing how to get the grout clean (short of replacing the whole floor). CKC came to the rescue. When they were finished my floor looked brand new again. Their expertise & experience were superb. A five star job. Thank you CKC

I have used Karpet Care for rugs and couch cleaning - both times they were here, the team was professional & respectful of our home. The rug cleanings were great but the couch clean was exceptional, our couch looked brand new after. We will be back for future services and we highly recommend to others.

We had all our grout (about 300 sq ft) cleaned by these guys about a week ago, and despite some areas being heavily stained from 10 years of dogs and children, it all looks brand new. Even the kids noticed. Also, the price was excellent and almost exactly what was quoted over the phone.Our main dislike was that we had just done a reno and replaced all of our trim and the whole house was freshly painted, and even though we were assured the process would not affect the new trim by both the lady booking the appointment and the crew on site, this was not the case. We ended up having to replace some of the new trim and repaint all trim in the rooms that were cleaned.In addition, the crew did not bring anything to cover the new harwood floors we had just installed, and despite us putting down our own coverings, they tracked the cleaning chemical all over them which is not easy to get off.Finally, we were not told that the floors needed to be rinsed afterwards, to remove chemical residue.In retrospect, we would have had the floors done before the renos were complete to avoid these issues, but would definitely call them again if needed as their results are amazing.

I was very impressed with the services Complete Karpet Care provided me to refresh my carpets. The customer service was impeccable and the work exceeded expectations! They were great to deal with and will use their services again!
